KFC — Restaurant in Danville

I usually doordash from here 3 times a week and I get the 3 piece chicken meal and I always call and ask if I can get 3 chicken legs instead of one chicken leg and two thighs .Its never been a problems and whenever I talk to someone they was always friendly and knew I called to request the legs since you can’t choose on doordash . It’s for my autistic son who is a very picky eater and loves their chicken legs and we currently only have one vehicle that my husband has during the day for work . So I always door dash our lunch . We have been doing this for about 4 months now multiple times a week. Well today I spoke to the general manager who I have never spoken to before and she tells me they are not aloud to do that and whoever was doing it wasn’t suppose to be doing it . I even offered to pay more or add something to the order if there was a price difference. But no . Pretty sad the other managers was friendly and have done it for months and all of a sudden the gm says no.looks like they need the business considering the place is always dead. Looks like we will have to find somewhere else to spend that much money a week on . Which I know doesn’t matter loosing one customer to her .it would be different if it hadn’t already been edone for months and was never a big deal to begin with . Now my son is going to be devastated since this is a routine place...

I was disapointed . This kfc didn't have enough chicken fried up to service the drive threw and the dining room both. N the drive threw got their food b4 we did.. then when we finally got our 8 piece order for dine in it wasnt on a tray if was in bags no paper plates or dinner wear were provided. I had to ask for it. This meal was over 25 dollars and did not include drinks. I had to purchase them seperately. I also ordered ice tea n I went to go back they said no refills on tea. They should have said that to begin with. .. on my way out I saw a sign that said 10 piece 3 sides and drinks included. For 30.. the cashier should have known the prices enough to ask if I wanted that instead of what I ordered. I wont be back...I'm...

We have just moved from Ca. to Ky. and we really like the chicken at KFC, but were not pleased with this. It seems KFC hires people that can NOT get an order correct! The sides were correct, but neither of us got the chicken we ordered. I hate to take the time to check the order, I don't want to hold up the line. But, we live 15 miles from KFC and I should have. And I will from this point on. I should have known from the get go, because the young lady at the window sounded like she didn't care if we ordered or not. And wasn't really paying attention as we were ordering. Will give them one more shot, then will go to another...
