Most inefficient CFA in the country (I've eaten at numerous ones across the country). Was in the drive-thru for over 25 min. They had only two employees running the drive-thru booths; one was a trainee and the other looked apathetic to the entire situation. A manager (black shirt) came out and instead of helping the employees chose to speak to a car of people she knew. The trainee had to run out of the booth and talk to cars that had already been through. Had an item missing from the order as well. Management needs to identify the issue, and if they can't they need to ask for help from regional to rectify the issues. The last three times I've used that drive-thru it's a longer than usual CFA reaction time. I'm quick to praise and slow to complain, but this needs to be addressed...
Read moreAt first I gave this restaurant a 5star review. But I have to change my rating after today’s experience. We made an app order and went in to get a table. Most every table was dirty. Another customer came in and actually asked for someone to clean a table and seats so they could have a place to sit. Our food was great. It always has been. But the service was terrible. A big tall guy seemed to be in charge and another girl was standing with their back to the cash register looking at their phone watching videos and laughing while I waited for a refill. Read moreThe service at this location is hit or miss. I come in here often and today might be the last time I come for awhile. Chick Fil A isn’t exactly an inexpensive fast food option and for what customers are paying for meals (drinks especially), they really need to do better about offering refills. I stood at the counter waiting for a refill for over 5 minutes. Several customers came and went ordering their meals as I stood waiting. 2 individuals who looked like management completely ignored me. I eventually threw my soda cup away and left.
