Starbucks — Restaurant in Daphne

Five stars for the food/beverage category seems appropriate, but if I could give more than five stars in the service and atmosphere categories, I would. All of the employees that I have interacted with at this location are on top of their game and do their best to make sure that every customer they interact with is greeted with a friendly smile and given the best customer service possible. I love the open concept layout of the seating and the music is always enjoyable (and doesn't feel like bad elevator music). I've seen so many people walk out of the store with a smile on their face because of the way the employees make a point to get to know their customers, even if it is the first time they are visiting the store. Don't judge a book by its cover (or a store by its reviews) and go give this new Starbucks a try. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised...

This Starbucks location is always consistent with service and quality; it's the best Starbucks I have been to and the most consistent. In fact, I stopped going to Starbucks for a long time because I could never get a consistent drink, but tried this location once and have been back almost weekly ever since. One of the things I love about this store is that they almost always write a nice little note or draw a happy face on your cup... this has really brightened my day on several occasions. My son had a rough day at school a couple of weeks ago and we stopped here when I picked him up; someone had drawn a face and written a message on his cup and it changed his whole mood, which as a mom, was awesome to see.

They basically played in my drink. I came in the drive thru 30 minutes prior to closing. I ordered a tall caramel ribbon crunch double blended, extra crunch, and extra drizzle. When handed my drink I was told “since you want extra caramel we gave you about a cups full of it haha and split it into two cups for you.” As you can see in the picture, both cups were just full of caramel and tasted nothing like the drink that I know and love. I mixed the drink in the smaller cup but it still was not good. Will not be...
