Five Below — Local services in Daphne

Good afternoon. I am a big customer of the five below in Daphne. Well upon arriving and walking through the doors I noticed a really bad smell coming through the door. It smelled like something had died. I asked the cashier's what it was and they honestly did not know. I bought a bag of Cheetos for my son and immediately returned it because something had already eaten out it. The cashier and manager were amazing they apologized sincerely and gave me my refund. UNREAL customer service. We buy 60 basketball for our program yearly and they are normally deflated. All the boys were already blown up, but they went the extra mile and deflated them for me and even reach out to another location to make sure I had all the balls I needed. TY TY TYYYYYYYY!!

very nice establishment with nice and caring workers. i work in the same plaza as them and came by on my break for something to drink. as i walked through the doors i was hit with a humid heat, almost as if i walked into a sauna. it’s was so hot the chocolate i had in my pocket melted. the poor girl ringing me up was sweating bullets. please get the ac fixed! it’s unfair to the costumers but most importantly the workers who have to spend hours in this building with little to no ac greeting people all day. that would make...
