Ok so we just had an brown butter almond something and a raspberry Whitaker with chocolate chips. First of all this was the worst experience specially cause was really craving and they ruined it for me at the order we asked them about black raspberry chips and they said they don’t have them so we asked for plain chocolate chips then, after that what we received was more like a white vanilla whitest with a pinch of raspberry in it and when we went back to ask them about it they just handed us the res berry syrup in a cup to mix ourself like what in the world!!!! And they give you a dirty eye just cause you come back with your order we had the same raspberry wither at their NC location and that was so good that we came again to this one but not anymore! Not coming again n neither suggesting this location to any friends. The management should please train the staff about better customer service. Below two pictures attached one with the syrup is but the one in deplane and the other delicious one from the North Carolina location. Big difference! And also when I went to the window the lady was like since I didn’t say anything right when we received the order in the DRIVE THROUGH she can’t do anything like lady we can’t hold up the line to open and check the ice cream there, if purse we go and find a place to park and then we check it!!!! Read moreMy visit today was unfortunately overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of three employees. The first waited on me. When I mentioned a minor request for additional hot fudge, a young black woman came to the window and responded to my simple request with an eye roll. I found this to be an unnecessarily dismissive gesture that set the tone for the rest of the experience. The next, Kaitlin (with blue hair), who identified herself as a manager, chose to argue over whether my order had enough hot fudge and declined to make a minor correction. Instead of addressing the issue efficiently, she insisted on remaking the entire item, creating unnecessary waste and delaying the line of customers behind me.
Both employees mentioned came across as curt and unaccommodating; this is hardly what one expects in a customer-facing role. This location has a track record of service with bad attitudes (I guess they have a lot of “bad days”), and unfortunately, today was no exception. I sincerely hope management takes steps to retrain staff on basic professionalism, attitude and courtesy. As it stands, this drive-thru would greatly benefit from some nearby competition. The challenging... drive through.. it took a long time.. all the drive through orders go through the single window. and they have walk up counter also, so, their time is split between the two.. overall, the wait wasn't too bad.. probably 15-20 min? The reward for the wait.. the custard is great! we each selected something different, and both treats were GREAT! We enjoyed the treats immensly. Parking is challenging, so there were folks parked out on the street / sidewalk, and then folks trying to get into the drive through line were jammed up, then, top it off with the street through traffic, made a bit of a challenge..
