What has happened to this place? I’d honestly give it 1 1/2 stars for our visit this Tuesday night, but that sounds a little crazy and vindictive. Really, though, if tonight is an indication of what this fairly decent restaurant has become then it deserves 1 1/2 stars. We entered at about 7:30 and sat at a half full bar. No bartender was there and we sat for about 3-4 minutes when a server realized there was no one there. She came in and took our drink orders and covered for the regular bartender. She was very friendly and it was a good recovery. Then it starting sliding from there. I had a Pinot and my wife had a basic margarita that was just basic. But, okay to be expected at a place like this. Then the actual bartender took the order. I have to say, when you work in the hospitality industry you should be, well…hospitable. Or at least pretend to like what you do. We honestly felt as if we were an intrusion on her time the whole time we were there. But, here’s the kicker…she was taking or dinner order and right in the middle of a sentence her manager (we assume) started talking to her about something she had done earlier. She literally stopped our order and had a conversation with him about it. I think the bigger problem is that he was the one who started the exchange while patrons were there giving an order and he didn’t stop either. What???? Management may be a big part of the problem here. The food was below the standards they used to have. My BBQ chicken wrap was good, but just warm. The fries were limp and warm as if they’d been sitting for awhile. My wife’s onion soup was really flavorless. She could’ve added salt. Then while we were dining the bartender didn’t bother to check on us or our order. Maybe she knew what our reaction would be. We went today to this 99 restaurant, was my first time there i was hoping something good cuz my husband really like it, but he hated today. Let’s started saying they ask me if we need a buster or high chair for my baby, i said yes a buster seat, we got a table some drinks (my husband request a soda with No ice)it came full of ice… we said not big deal… still not seat for my son, i ask again about it and they told me oh sure… but again nothing… we wait an insane amount of time for the food, meanwhile nobody brought or ask for any drinks even tho our table was full of empty cups cuz again except for my sons milk everything was full of ice so 2 sips and was gone, when we finally got the food we get the plates and we ask for drinks again in that moment, she left and the INSANE amount of cup was left in our table, when we got the new ones they were just left right next to all the empty cup from before , with the bowls of popcorn, again we said ok…. Finish our dinner , we collected all the empty plates, bowls and cups to make room and for her to pick them up easier, my kids wanted some dessert we ordered, and took another 20 minutes to get dessert, dessert that they ate with all the plates and cups in our table cuz nobody take them. My wife ordered us a pick up order last night, 11.24.23 around 9:45pm. Ready time was for 10:04pm. We pulled up at the curbside pick up spots around 10:07, thinking the order must be done by now, but no one came out to bring her the food. At about 10:22, she decided to walk into the restaurant to see what was going on. An employee was getting ready to lock the door for the night & she told the lady what she was there for. She was instructed to go back to the car & the worker said she'd bring the order out. Order was brought out within seconds of my wifes return to the car - already stone cold. So apparently the food was ready & sitting around, but someone dropped the ball on bringing it out to her in a timely manner. We ordered an XL order a Gold Fever Tenders, a side of Fries & a side of Mashed Potaoes. Everybody can attest to the fact that cold chicken tenders & fries are raunchy as ever! $33.33, including tip, and we were very disappointed in our food. I am convinced that our order was ready & someone failed to bring it out, because when the food was handed to my wife, the employee apologized. Also, if the food still wasn't ready, it wouldn't have been brought out in 30 seconds of her asking where it was. $30 pretty much wasted. Very...
