This is the second time in a row I’ve come to a Coldstone Creamery that’s closed early and I’m not happy. The first was in Cranston RI for a solid and legit reason. The freezer broke and they closed. I’d called to confirm there closing time and showed up 2 hours before close but the freezer broke. This time I show up to the Dartmouth location at 9:02 which is 28 minutes before posted closing time and it’s closed! Even the Coldstone Creamery website says 9:30PM. This is the second time in a row I’ve been on a date with my boyfriend with a plan and been let down. Read moreMe and my family went and there was not a line thank god and the food was fast but I will say the staff didn't make much eye contact and showed they didn't care that much and didn't want to be there I can understand why a little when there are three staff workers and only one was running the place and the other two was in the back near the door where you can see inside just chillin' and only went to help when more people started to show up. If I had to say what was needed for improvement is teamwork and treating the customers and making them feel like they are being heard and welcomed, for example smiling and having a positive attitude and voice tone and saying welcome when people enter. Read moreI ordered delivery and I'm not able to leave the house and when I selected my option for delivery, I selected Cold Stone Delivery. They offered many options for delivery like Door Dash and GrubHub but I picked Cold Stone Delivery. After I placed my order i received a text that my order was being delivered through door dash.
Problem is that Cold Stone did not give the delivery driver my entire order. I called the store after the delivery and the woman who answered told me that the other bag was at the store and if I wanted it I would have to go pick it up.
This is unacceptable and I requested a refund. I was asked to give my phone number and the person responsible for helping me with my refund would call me.
