Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Dartmouth

I’ve been coming to this Marylou’s for almost a year now, and up until recently, it’s always been a pleasant experience. The girls have always been sweet and professional. But this new hire has completely ruined it. I came in at 6:30 and politely asked for a hot regular , and she had the nerve to tell me they didn’t have any and flat out refused to brew a pot! That’s just laziness, plain and simple. I know they serve regular coffee until closing because the other girls have told me so themselves.

And her tone was uncalled for ryde, rushed, and completely disrespectful. She even snapped at my husband like he was inconveniencing her just by existing. I’m not asking for a red carpet or special treatment, but I do expect to be treated with basic decency. If this is how they’re letting their staff act now, I may need to take my...

I would like to start by saying I do like their coffee. This morning my coffee wasn't hot warm at best. I won't get the breakfast sandwich anymore . Bagel is not a real bagel, bread shaped bagel is what it is. It's sweet ..reminds me of spanish sweet bread, super chewy. They say they are made in house, but taste manufactured . Asiago ,can't even taste it. Turkey sausage has no flavor and egg is super thin. Please keep in mind it's very hard for me to leave negative reviews . So when I do it's because it's that bad . Did I eat it and my belly is full, yes because I am greatful for having somthing to eat and for that is why I gave 3 stars...

This Mary Lou’s location sucks. I’ve been to plenty of other Mary Lou’s and have never had a bad service. Here, their drive thru speaker has been broken for weeks. They tell you to pull up to the window, and if they’re not helping someone before you, they don’t come to the window. I’ve waited about 4-5 minutes on numerous occasions and no one has ever come. In addition, at our most recent visit, we once got a coffee that was not made correctly and to our liking and when we asked for a different coffee, we were told they would have to recharge us the full amount of another coffee instead of correcting...
