DO NOT EAT HERE!! I found finger nail clippers open in my closed brown food bag from here!!!! They are disgusting and rude! During Covid really? Putting finger nail clippers in peoples food bags! Ew! And they were very rude about it to my bf and I on the phone! He went up there to get the money back! The manager threw the money at him plus more! We feel sick now and turned people away from eating there! Reporting to the health department, Uber eats and a lawyer! Spent $100+ on food from them in one week and they told us they don’t care! Very unprofessional and horrible I will be contacting the ceo . It’s says black owned on Uber but I don’t believe that because no one that worked there was black and most of them barely knew English . The restaurant was dirty as well. Never eat here! Save yourself some stress. They don’t wear mask or gloves either

My first time here. Although the Google map location was incorrect—I edited it. Osaka Sushi Bar is located inside North Park Mall opposite a JCPenney entrance and across from Whiteys and Build A Bear Workshop. Usual sushi bar seating plus nice outdoor tables allowing for cool people watching of mall goers. I ate a three roll Maki lunch—my usual in sushi restaurants. $9.95 and it includes a soda but not soup and ginger salad. I also bought Miso soup. Items were about comparably priced with the competition. The eel was tough. The rice properly made. The tuna was flat. The Miso soup was superb. The CA roll was tasty. The couple working in the place had trouble understanding English. No Wifi but there are available free networks in the Mall that let you join.

Worst “hibachi” I’ve ever had. Considering it wasn’t grilled at all I don’t know how it could be considered hibachi. Chicken had the texture of dried out boiled meat & was coated in a sweet sauce that had no flavor. The fried rice was mushy wet clumps of white rice with a few spots of brown. The vegetables were soggy and seemed frozen and steamed. No yummy sauces. The sushi was $17.95 and said it was crab. It was not. It was a heap of imitation crab. Me, husband, & daughter all ended up in the bathroom after eating what we could (a lot went in the trash.) Over $100 wasted. I would...
