Starbucks — Restaurant in Davenport

My husband and I have started going to this location instead of our normal one because of how they make our drinks and the employees are always nice. However today the girl working the window was extremely rude. My husband asked for no ice in his drink and they handed it to him with ice, no big deal we told them we asked for no ice. She ripped the drink out of my husbands hand, looked at the order sticker like we lied. Handed him the drink with no ice and he asked for a straw and she had an attitude about that as well.. this location makes drinks very well but this is the second time in the last week that i placed an order online to pick up, and they didn’t have the food that i ordered. they also make you contact customer service for a refund. i will continue to order drinks here, but im done ordering food as the staff doesn’t seem to realize that they need to update their system when they run out...
