If I could give it less than 1 star I would. The service has really declined, there were 5 people working, and a line to the door, but 2 kept walking around trying to “look” busy, while 1 was only doing online orders, and the 2 that were making people’s orders where so slow! The place was disgusting and one of the workers just kept loading up the ice cream, I’ve included a picture, maybe she should’ve stopped for a freaking second on her mountain of ice cream and helped the people standing in line! They were all just wearing sweats behind the counter, like no pride in their job at all. The guy making my ice cream put a lid on it for some reason, then when I asked the lady doing online orders if she could please give it to me, she just said it must be to go and didn’t give it to me. Read moreI never come to this location because of its horrible service, and today was just another example to further prove that. From the door, there’s an unpleasant smell immediately, which is already a deterrent. Along with that, all the lighting in the store was either not working or just not turned on.
On this specific occasion, there was only one employee working in the front servicing customers. The employee discovered that the card reader wasn’t working and so now, after waiting 15 minutes for help, the store was no longer taking card, only cash. Didn’t even seem like there was a manager in-store, or if there was, they didn’t show face. I left without ordering anything.
Needless to say, I’ll absolutely avoid this location from now on and only go to the one in Miramar. The employees there may not have the best attitude, but at least they have enough to cater to every customer, and...
