Ok so I actually ordered from here thru Uber Eats because this restaurant is pretty far from my house(about 12 miles) and its cold outside so I didn't feel like driving. I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Char Siu pork belly and they had a special going with the spring rolls(buy 1, get 1 free) so I got 6 eggrolls for about $6. This is my first time ever ordering Ramen so I don't actually have any others to compare it with but it was sooo good. Everything was so flavorful from the broth to the tender pork belly to the soft boiled egg that was so creamy and rich. My ingredients and broth were separated so it wasn't soggy when I received it which was very much appreciated. Even though the ingredients were sitting in the broth they all still had their own unique flavors, the broth did not overpower anything, only complimenting it. I was not able to finish it because they actually give you some pretty big portions but I can't wait to eat the rest later. The spring rolls were crunchy yet light and airy with a smooth vegetable filling and came with I believe a sweet and sour sauce that had just a little kick to it. I would love to drive down to this restaurant and actually sit down and eat and I highly recommend especially if you're like me and this is your first time ordering Ramen from a restaurant.

Here is my recent experience. Food. Ordered 2 Don katsu ramen with pork belly (they charge extra to include meat) and the spicy sakura ramen dish with the regular pork as the meat. Don katsu was good. The broth was where it was supposed to be and was in good portions. Spicy sakura ramen? Not so much. The pork meat that was included tasted so pungent that I couldn't taste anything else but the flavor that was embedded in the meat. (Tasted like one of those red pork meat from cheap Chinese restaurants) which is a shame because I would have loved to know how the broth would have tasted. Service. The waitress was young, friendly, and helpful when she was at our table but messed up the order of our meat in the ramen and wasn't unattentive to us at all. (Refilling water, utensils for the children, etc etc. I had to get up and get it myself or find someone to help me) I only tipped because I always do but felt if it was necessary with the service or the lack thereof. This place has the potential to be amazing. I'm going to try it once again and hopefully, it will be a better experience for me and my family.

Accidental GREAT find! I didn't want to stop for lunch, but the nearby McD's drive-thru was too busy. I turned into Publix to grab a sandwich. I parked in front of Sakura Ramen and wondered. I said to myself that I deserved a break, and I was in the mood to try something new. WOW...I am glad that I did! Sakura is in the same shopping center as Publix. The restaurant has table service but small with approx. 15 tables. I ordered Shoyu Ramen. It is a Japanese Ramen Noodle Made w. Special Homemade Soy Sauce, Chicken Broth, Topped w. Scallions, Bean Sprouts, Seaweed, Hanjuku Egg, Bamboo, Fish Cake. I added chicken as a protein. This was my 1st time eating Ramen Noodles since college days. Let me tell you...THIS RAMEN WAS AMAZING! The depth of the chicken soup/broth was incredible. This dish is my new go to when I want comfort food. Let me end by saying...you must try this place!!! I can't say it loud enough...try it! PS...we will go back on Saturday. I will try something new.

🌸 Hidden Gem Alert: Sakura Ramen in Southwest Ranches – A Must-Try! 🍜🔥

If you’re a fan of authentic, high-quality ramen or just looking for a fantastic dining experience, Sakura Ramen is the place to be! Tucked away in Sheridan Plaza, just before you hop onto I-75 heading east, this cozy little spot is one of Southwest Ranches’ best-kept secrets.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well-organized and impeccably clean the restaurant is. The ambiance is inviting, the layout is efficient, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into making this a comfortable, enjoyable space for customers.

Now, let’s get to the star of the show—the food. Simply put: phenomenal. The broth is deep, rich, and full of flavor, the noodles have that perfect bite, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. Every dish feels like it’s made with care and expertise, giving you an authentic ramen experience that rivals some of the best spots in bigger cities. Whether you go for the tonkotsu, miso, or spicy ramen, you’re in for an absolute treat.

But what really elevated this experience was the incredible service from Valeria. She was beyond phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure every guest has a great experience. She gave amazing recommendations, checked in at just the right times, and made sure I felt welcome from start to finish. It’s rare to find service this good, and she deserves a shout-out for truly going the extra mile!

Bottom line: If you haven’t been to Sakura Ramen, make it your next stop. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or looking to indulge in a soul-warming bowl of ramen, this spot delivers on every level. Hidden gem status...

After eating there yesterday around 3:30pm, my friend and I have been sick to the stomach in bed with a bad headache, nausea, and diarrhea! It was my first meal of the day since the day before. I was not able to eat my food and was pretty disappointed that I had to waste the money on my first visit. I really would like to retry and go for a second time but I am scared of getting sick again! Maybe the meat or something was mishandled and I can understand that! But restaurants must be very careful with that! It was my first time visiting this spot around the corner from me! The reviews were great! I went with a friend for the first time. We ordered shrimp tempura and fried pork gyozas to start. The tempura was delicious and the gyozas were meh! I ordered a milk tea (not a fan of the tea used) but it was still pretty good! My friend ordered beef fried rice (delicious) and I ordered the spicy ramen with pork belly! The ramen was very spicy (too spicy) but was hearty and pretty good! This is a 4.8-5.0 ramen place! I love ramen! The service was great, the food was good, and the restaurant was very clean but I def caught a stomach bug from eating there. I really hope someone from the restaurant...
