Great LOCATION! CLEAN STORE. FRIENDLY OWNER, & KIND, ACCOMMODATING EMPLOYEES! WE WERE GREETED WITH A CHEERY HELLO AND SMILING FACES. GENUINELY COURTEOUS. BOTH EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS ALIKE, WERE FOLLOWING "ALL: CDC GUIDELINES. EMPLOYEES WORE BOTH MASK, AND CHANGED GLOVES AFTER EACH CUSTOMERS ORDER WAS COMPLETED. I WAS GLAD AND IMPRESSED BY THEM GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO HELP THE FIGHT. The BIRTHDAY AND SPECIAL Event or HOLIDAY ICE CREAM CAKES CAN BE MADE TO ORDER, AS WELL AS IF YOU ARE IN A PINCH FOR TIME, OR.....OOPS, YOU HAVE ALMOST FORGOTTEN THAT SPECIAL SOME1,S B-DAY, OR ANNIVERSARY......DAIRY QUEEN HAS YOU COVERED, Having on hand FRESH, PRE'-MADE ICE CREAM CAKES. They DIDN'T MIND AT ALL WHEN WE ASKED THEM TO PLEASE FINISH THE CAKE OFF WITH NICELY WRITTEN in CURSIVE "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" message. The 10 minute drive from Hollywood Florida to our FAVORITE DAIRY QUEEN LOCATION IN DAVIE IS WELL WORTH IT. OH YA, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT OUT FRONT, THEY HAVE A SMALL PIC-NIC BENCH WHERE U CAN SET AND ENJOY YOUR COOL DESSERT TREATS WITH THE FAMILY. GET OUT THERE AND ENJOY THE DAY...

Extremely horrible service ! Went 3 separate times because I tried to give this location a chance as I live in the area. The first time service was slow but okay and they at least got my order right. The second time they were extremely rude said they couldn’t make my order because THEY DIDNT UNDERSTAND the order which makes no sense because it was just a take five blizzard with add chocolate fudge to it and they messed up my fiancé order (smoothie). They left a piece of the machine in the smoothie I then go back to the window to ask to fix the smoothie, we waited literally till they closed for the smoothie to be fixed and they even served a 10 person family as I’m waiting. After literally 35 mins of waiting for a smoothie I go to the window as I see we are the last people there, the boxed braid girl doesn’t even come to the window. she rolled her eyes looks at her coworker and said some rude remark and walks away. The coworker then comes with the smoothie. THE THIRD TIME IT WAS THE SAME THING RUDE AND COULDN’T GET THE ORDER CORRECT. Horrible service just...

I have a bad experience with this place yesterday was my 4th time I go there and they say they're close even if I go before 11 the hours shows that they close at 11 PM I went there yesterday at 10:32 and they said they're close I want to talk to somebody I was asking them to talk to someone but the 3 girls over there were laughing at me and ignoring me I kept waiting until one of them talked to me from the window and she said they're closed I ask her about what time they close since the hour says 11 PM and she said they're cleaning I told her that's not our problem we are as customers we need to have whatever we ask for and she was like OK I'm gonna take your order it was like 10 or 12 people after me they have the order too So they're losing business losing money just because they do whatever they wanted there was no manager only 3 workers Running the store however...
