Crumbl — Restaurant in Davison Township

Ordered through the app. I got there, was on my way in, stopped for a quick phone call and proceed in. About 7 customers passed me and my order still wasn't present. The lady asked if I was waiting on an order from the app. I said yes. She asked my name and said she didn't see that name and asked if it could be under another. She continued to ignore that I mentioned Ed it was under mine. I was getting highly frustrated and annoyed, finally another red head male employee asked if my account is under a number and I went on to say yes and of course my name popped up with it and instantly he said he seen my order. He went to show this older lady who was the one telling me it was there. She looked at the screen for an exaggerated time and then turned around and pointed to a box of cookies that were long just sitting there in the open. Literally won't be back. Never had an issue with this place before this. But her lack of accountability, lack of apology, rudeness is...

My girlfriend ordered some cookies from here today online. A few hours later she shows up. The app doesn’t tell them she’s there. So she goes in and tells them she’s there for her order. Proceeds to make her wait for a half hour. Then tells her one of her cookies they only have one left of. The customer after her ordered the same cookie. So the manager decides to give the cookie to the next person and not her who has been waiting and ordered hours earlier. Like it’s just a cookie but it’s the principle. Then they give her a credit for the cookie and the person infront of her had a similar issue and they gave them a discount instead of a credit. Just complete lack of leadership in this establishment and we won’t be...

Not going to lie... It's very hit or miss at Davison Crumbl. Sometimes the cookies are great, sometimes they give them to us practically frozen. I don't understand that. The Fenton location never gave us cold, hard cookies. 🤔 They did have two of my favorite ones this week though. The Original pink sugar cookie and the Oreo birthday one. Also, it's weird that you're prompted to give a tip at crumbl cookie. Why? To stick a cookie in a box and hand it to you? Tipping should only be for sit down full service restaurants but, I always feel obligated to tip because they STARE at the screen when it's prompted at this location....
