Taco Bell — Restaurant in Davison Township

I had told my wife that I had a good experience at this Taco Bell the other day and we should go to this one again. I guess I made the mistake of singing their praises because today was absolutely horrible.

We used the app to order our food and picked it up in the drive-thru, and the order was handed to me in a big plastic bag that when it reached my hand, I knew something didn't feel right. I looked at my hand and then realized that they handed me a bag with taco sauce all over the outside of the bag. I was trying to avoid getting sauce all over my car, but that was nothing more than a happy thought.

I tried to get the employee's attention, but she was done transacting with me, so I didn't matter anymore. We drove off and my wife started to inspect the contents. They forgot some key items that should have been with the order, so I turned the car around and headed back to the store. I went inside and no one seemed to care that I was standing at the counter with my bag of food. I asked if anyone had a moment and a male employee tried to assist me.

After explaining the shituation (and yes, I spelled that intentionally) a female worker, who I am going to assume was the manager came over and explained why the order was the way it was. They put my food back into the transport bag, bypassing the main bag altogether. When I tried to tell her that I actually recommended this location to my wife. The female employee had enough and walked off on me mid-sentence.

I take back anything good I had to say about this location. These workers clearly take no pride in their work or their work product.

The good news here (for these workers) is that they will never have to deal with me or take my money again. It's really a shame. A little effort can go a long way.

(And places like this want to make $15/hour for this level...

Me and my buddies work at a local Glass Factory in Davison on Irish Road. We go there on our lunch break we've been going to the one on Belsay Road for years. Seeing Joan that's at the Irish Road one now. I do not like the managers at the store the one blonde manager she started slapping her hands and clapping and yelling at the Young employee coming in to start her shift that hasn't punched in yet. Yelling in front of all the customers, that is not professional and is not a way to treat the young employees to keep them there it's hard enough to have people work for you let alone respect you. And also there's a young man that works there too with glasses young nerdy kid . Not trying to make fun of them just don't know his name . he was sitting on his phone laughing and giggling while everybody's backed up , Joan was trying to run to register and take orders to keep everything moving and she made one comment about getting back to work and he said that he would have her job and she wouldn't work at another place again I don't think they should reprimand a older lady trying to get keep things moving even if she's not a manager but has good worth ethic and friendly and knows what she's doing. In my opinion I think all the higher-ups should be fired and a new Squad brought in that has a head on their shoulder. Joan is not...

I went through the drive thru this morning and told the lady which her name is Joan No sauce on my breakfast crunchwrap she repeated it to the person making it 2 times, I left got home it was loaded with sauce so I called and talked to a girl named Mckenzie and she had a attitude, so I took it back up and pulled up to the window and I could hear them yelling about me pulling up without stopping at the box Joan looked at me and said you should of stopped at thr box with a attitude, i told Joan the cashier I did not know I was suppose to stop and Mckenzie came up to the window with such a attitude so I told her I wanted a refund, she got into the register screaming about me to the 2 workers and I told her to stop yelling at them it was her fault my order was wrong not their's and she more or less threw my money back in my hand and slammed the window, I left and called them on the phone to get names and Mckenzie gave me her name and then said very rudely you want corporate s number and i said no thank you i got it, i called corporate on Mckenzie and Joan, Mckenzies name was familiar to the lady i talked to on the phone i was a regular but I will not be back to this one ever again. There are to many kids running this place and don't listen to what the costumer want they need someone that knows how to run it and say...
