Normally the food and staff is very good but today every sandwich ordered was wrong ( didnt realize to we were 20 mins away) and the girl working on the table had a very long ponytail that hung down into the food and she kept whipping it around to try and keep it back i asked if she could please be asked to put her hair back in a bun after watching her for 10mins making food ( they were super busy) she walked away from the table in plain view still fixed her hair and did not wash her hands before returning to the table then as she cont to work they forgot food for our order (pickels) and didnt even bother to hand them up to us off the table i spent almost 50$ on this trip to have every sandwich wrong and then to get treated rudely because i didnt want hair in my food. Her name is Cali, she didn't listen to my mom and I when we were ordering our food didn't listen and get the whole order for two giant subs, one regular sub, two pesto salads, and three large drinks. Read moreI was very unsatisfied with my visit here today. I was trying to have a good family meal with my family and They gave us attitude about cutting our "Giant" sub in sections. Then we sat down to eat and these young kids they have working are talking about drug dealer this, drug dealer that right with my child right there to here all of it. They got rude with a older man and was rude to him in the time i was there. Super unprofessional. When I asked for corporates number they said there was no 800 number for complaints which I know is a lie. I will never go back to this Jimmy John's.
