Updated 10/28/22 My posts before is what we have all done way to may times before.. I over reacted to the issues I had at one moment... I can say at this location. I was pleased with the quality I had as a replacement... Believe it or not... sometimes they f_up time after time. Thanks Mickie d's!
I made my mobile order like I have done several times in the past. I ordered my double cheeseburgers without cheese and when I pulled up to the window the girl told me to pull up to Lane one. I pulled up and it took a few minutes to get my food and I was expecting my food to be correct. The fries were good unlike several other times from this location but when I got home and I actually opened up my sandwiches you could tell that there was cheese on these burgers at one point. There was cheese on the side of the bun as well as you could tell the employee tried to steam the cheese off of the burger patty itself. I've received free food several times like I'm expecting this time but I contacted the McDonald's personally this time because I'm fed up with it! Every time I come here it seems like this location is trying to get the easy way out. I would expect that they would make my food correctly especially seeing how they pulled me forward so their time clock wasn't ticking on me being in front of the front window. I spoke with Dylan the training manager over there and I would say he is definitely a keeper. He seems to understand the frustration and told me he even has been taking notes about issues and complaints. I told him that this is not just somebody that doesn't want an item on their food but it's a allergic reaction for myself but not even just me vegans. And today's day of age especially with the price that's being charged to Consumers for these products McDonald's and everybody has to understand that this is something that has to change! I understand that occasionally there is a mistake but at this location particularly I have found lots and lots of issues with and there is no corrections. Somebody has to be held responsible for issues like this. McDonald's cannot just not charge me for my food and say it's okay. McDonald's could have potentially put me in the hospital! Something...
Read morewent through this McDonald's tonight and ordered 2 hamburgers with extra onion. I get the the window and get my food and pull up to check my food. of course the hamburgers were made wrong. so I go back through the drive through and explain what the issue was. they tell me to pull up to the first window where I was completely ignored until I managed to get the workers attention who had a very poor attitude who tells me to pull up to the second window. I pull up explain what the issue was 3 more times. they ask me to pull up to the waiting area and I ask about how long it would be, the worker then slams the window and starts complaining I won't move. a manger comes to the window and asks me if I would pull forward, I stated I just asked her how long it would take and she closed the window on me. he said that he would bring it out in a few moments. they bring my food out and I check it again and one of the burgers were made correctly the other was not. I call the store and explain that they had just brought me out the food that wasn't made right and what the situation was. the lady I spoke with said that she had 4 people look at it and the said it was made correctly, I told her I'm looking at it and it's not. she states that she don't believe there is anything they could do for me at this point, I said well you could make it correctly. she states that they remade them once and that she thought they were made correct. I told her I was going to came back through the drive through to have the one burger remade and she told me if I can back through SHE WOULD CALL THE POLICE AND BAN ME FROM THIS MCDONALDS. so instead of just giving me said of onion or remaking a burger she wanted to be rude and threaten me. Read moreSometimes it takes forever for them to give you your order the employees there some are very very rude they messed up my food three times in a row and I didn't complain and do nothing but they could have gave me a free ice cream or anything but they acted like I was the burden they gave me a Big Mac with the no hamburger bun on top it was in the Middle with the second one so two buns in the middle one bun on the bottom and not on the top then they had to replace my Double Quarter Pounder four times they add mustard on it then the second time everything was thrown all over it was terrible and a whole crap load of ketchup took photos of everything and then they ended up taking it and wiping it off and give me back the sandwich then the manager short argued with me I ordered a Frappuccino with extra oreo with two shots of espresso they put in a bigger cup while they're going to sit there and give me with no extra Oreo no nothing and she's like oh well you can come back next time I come back and the ladies like well I got the receipt right here I sat there and said let me pull it up on my app and you can see cuz I pay $2 extra for two shots of espresso so it gets in a bigger cup how would I fix something so Pacific it was just so frustrating and she was so nasty to me depends what time of the day you go there they have excellent managers and excellent workers and sometimes you have the manager who is so disrespectful and thinks she's Queen of the world and everyone's in the wrong except her Southcenter hours and days I go to the one next to Walmart I hope you guys get the great experience that I have...
