Yesterday I went through the drive thru & ordered a bacon cheeseburger with tomato & lettuce, no sauces. The attendant asked "no mayo?" I said "no mayo". I get home and I have a Junior(baby) Cheeseburger with a slice of tomato & a ton of mayo. I called & got the run around & certainly not a professional attitude from the Manager, I think her name was Annette. She has NO regard for the Customer. She told me her employees are trained to give junior burgers when someone asks for a bacon cheeseburger. (??) I said but I am not trained to know that. Plus it had all that mayo on it. She offered to have me drive back & she'd give me a bigger one & I pay the difference. I had been at the hospital & well this is just not the way to treat loyal Davison customers. I said my husband would be coming through there soon, but no, I had to bring it to her she said. I did. I got back in the car even though I was in severe pain and took it back to Wendy's in Davison. I had her refund it to my card and left. I will NEVER go back there again. Sorry she lost my business for you Wendy's. You should screen how your Managers treat people better. I looked on your web menu and it says you have a Bacon Deluxe Cheeseburger. If the person taking the order wasn't sure if it was for a Deluxe OR a Junior then they should have asked the customer to help clarify what they wanted. I didn't want a baby burger if I had I would have said junior..please.. arguing that that's how you train your employees really makes no sense at all. She didn't even apologize for them putting a ton of mayonnaise on it. Just said, would you like me to make another one... but I was home! Your Manager yesterday Tuesday 9-8-15 did not...
Read moreThis is my nearest Wendy's and it has good service and such. On most occasions, it's a 5/5 place, and this review does NOT change that. Please eat here, I'm not saying otherwise. I had a mixed visit this morning though. Our church has Vacation Bible School this week and a group of us do a skit for the kids. We have breakfast before. My Pastor and I went through the drive thru and he started listing our order. The lady taking it snapped: "Just a minute!" and put it in. That happens, but a quick apology would have been appreciated. We get the order finished, no issues. While we are waiting, the speaker goes on and we hear something like: "We have a big, f-ing order!" We immediately snapped a wide-eyed look at each other. When we pulled up, a lady offered my Pastor some coupons and he got a stack of them. We laughed and assumed that it was to make up for her cursing. It also gave out skit team a laugh when we told them. It's all good, but I kindly ask for the staff to be more considerate of their profanity when working. It was just My Pastor and I, a 23-year-old, but what if one of our VBS kids was with us? Again, great service, just watch the tones and...
Read moreThis location should be shamed by other locations, specifically, the Wixom Wendy's. On my salad, the bacon wasn't cut, it always is in Wixom. No crunchy onion rings were on our tray either. No forks were offered either. The fries were cold, the ketchup dispenser was out due to flies. Maybe clean every now and again? Had to ask for sauce twice. Coke machine was out of service.
And lastly, when I had to go back to the register to ask for my salad dressing, short girl, wearing a mask, working the deep fryer, shot me a dirty look when I asked for it. She went and got it, but wished me "Merry Christmas" as I walked away.
Absolutely the worst atmosphere, attitude and customer service I've ever had from a Wendy's.
The tall girl with dark hair who ran the registers around 2:30pm was very nice and did e everything she...
