I stumbled across this place by accident. I actually thought I was ordering takeout from a Hong Kong restaurant near me in Cumming. When I asked if they used MSG and was told no, and the cumming one does, I figured why not try it and make the drive. I’m so glad I did! The food was cooked perfectly, FULL of flavor, better than other Chinese that is closer and the family that runs it is PRECIOUS! So kind and friendly and accommodating of gluten free. Absolutely delicious and WORTH the 35 min drive. The food was perfectly packed and still hot when we got home. It has tables to dine in, but you can tell it’s set up mostly for takeout. This little hole in the wall was absolutely fantastic and everything you'd want in a restaurant... The workers were so polite and friendly, the prices were more than fair ($8-9 lunch special that includes rice and egg roll or soup), the portions are huge, the food was steaming, piping hot and absolutely delicious and the place was clean and well kept. We visited Hong Kong for the first time today and were very impressed! It is a tiny space and you order at the counter, but they bring the food out piping hot in just minutes. We had crab rangoon (which was brought out first as an appetizer), General Tso's chicken and Szechuan Chicken from the lunch menu. Super crunchy, fresh egg rolls - not greasy at all.
