I Love NY Pizza & Bar Dawsonville — Restaurant in Dawsonville

We came here to celebrate our sons birthday because pizza is his favorite food, and having a great experience here multiple times this was the first place we thought of. We were extremely disappointed in our whole experience. Our servers name was Noah and had made us feel as if he could have cared less about our experience. We walked in and the restaurant was trashed and our server wiped our table down with a napkin. Despite all that we decided it’ll be ok and we should stay. I ordered a side salad with no tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette. My salad came with tomatoes and a gross sticky container of expired clumpy dressing. To get a new salad dressing my fiancé had to go track down out server due to the lack of service we received. The pizza slice I ordered came out black. When I said something he tried to tell me it was just crispy on the corners…. Yes Noah it’s crispy because it’s BURNT. They remade my slice and it was the worst piece of pizza I’ve ever had. I asked for spinach, garlic, and onions and I definitely had way more spinach and garlic then pizza. He never once came to check on us or to see how the replacement piece of pizza was. We noticed that he kept going and checking on another table in the restaurant and we eventually found out that was the manager. Definitely not a good look with the manager sitting there and not caring about how dirty the restaurant was or the lack of service patrons were receiving. After he sent in my replacement slice we did not see him for another 25 minutes and when we finally did, he just handed us our check, no “how was everything, or is there anything else I can get you”. DONT waste your time here! Where do I start? Our waitress was not cut out for serving. She was NOT friendly, nor professional or attentive! When we finally ordered, one person in our group of 4 asked if they could do an item not on the menu that is on the menu. The waitress rudly said I don't even know what that is! When she was asked, she replied that the kitchen didn't even speak English! I asked if they had kids Alfredo since we didn't get a kids menu. The waitress said we don't have or can't do a kids Alfredo. , so I ordered my daughter the adult portion which we were later told they were out of. The food finally came out but at different times leaving people waiting to begin eating bc everyone didn't have their food. We asked if we could get hot sauce and rudely was told they didn't have hot sauce , so we settled for wing sauce. The person who ordered wings asked for flats, but they didn't get all flats. THE BAKED ZITI tasted terrible like something in it was spoiled. It wasn't edible. Once she finally came back around, I kindly told her that I wasn't sure what ingredient might be spoiled, but it tasted weird. She took it from me and then apparently was talking to a customer at the bar about the situation and something about us wanting something for free. I never asked for it to be taken off the ticket etc. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AGAIN! Once we got our checks to pay, they weren't separated into two like we asked before ordering. Like pretty much everything went wrong. Really hoping we don't get sick. I also didn't see a publicly posted food inspection score anywhere, however I could have missed it. ordered online, received a confirmation email. no time estimate in the email or any way to access a time estimate. had no way to know when my food was done, and it was already ready when i arrived to pick it up - don't know how long it had been ready. ordered a calzone and it came in a small pizza box by itself, no marinara sauce (which it should have come with judging by photos of dine-in orders). not even parchment paper to soak up grease and other water-y liquid coming out of my food that clearly isn't anything to do with ricotta since there isn't even any inside.
