Bojangles — Restaurant in Dayton

They have pretty good breakfast. I eat there breakfast when I can’t get to Hardee’s in time. So it’s usually pretty late like noon to 1pm when I get to go here. I have had a issue recently well last time I went. This is why I’m putting 4 stars instead of 5! Last time I went I drove almost all the way home before I noticed that they messed up on my order. Which is a 21 min drive to get home. So I ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit combo with a Sierra Mist to drink. Well I went to finally get me a sip of my drink when I was almost home and it was water 💧! I was like really? Because I didn’t have a drink at home at the time because I still had to go to the grocery store later on. Well I had to drive all the way back to try and get this resolved. I get back to there store and the manager was a very nice young women. When I told her she looked at me like well what do you want me to do to fix it? So I asked them to re-make my food and get me my right drink that I ordered. I feel like I should of got my meal for free since I had to drive all the way back but I didn’t do that since I should have checked it before driving off. So just make sure to check your food before leaving. I know it’s sucks to have to do that sometimes because it should be right when they give you it. But it happens time to time. Anyways not a bad place to eat. So I would recommend going here. Thanks for your time....

I had to give at least one star because it wouldn’t let me do no stars😡. This place is a mess. I went thru the drive through at 11am on 1-4-25 and ordered my usual of an egg platter. I get to work and I realized they had sent me the wrong thing. So I went back! I went back thru the drive thru again and told them they had made a mistake with my food and asked if they could fix it. Lady at the window told me that she would and sent me on my way. On my way back to work I looked in the bag and realized that it still wasn’t what I had always ordered. So I then go back to the bojangles and try to go into the lobby. Well it was closed and locked. I once again go though the drive thru and asked them what all comes on the egg platter and they told me “what once was an egg platter” so I then told them that I was back again for the 3rd time and still didn’t get what I had paid for. So I pulled up to the window and the shift leader at the time told me that their had been a new general manager by the name Jennifer that had come from a local town and she decided to change what had once was the egg platter to something totally new. But yet the shift leader was very understanding and eventually gave me my money back. Love the food here. However customer service is definitely lacking here and could be improved by a lot. Most of the cashiers are never friendly, and almost to the point of just being rude. And there is this one older lady that was working as a cashier, got really hateful and rude with my mom all cause she asked a question about their menu, and looked at her like she was stupid. We then reported it to the manager who did nothing. She was right back working as the cashier a few weeks later. That just showed us that the management at the Bojangles at this location does not care about customer service and how their customers are treated. I think this employee should have been moved to the back where she wasn’t working with the public. And a tip: if you hate working with people and working in the general public, you might not want to work in customer service because on ocassion you are gonna have to be...
