Timing is everything, right? Well this time has finally come to tell the " truth" about my local burger king. For the record: I wish I could state otherwise because the burger king chain is my " prefered " fast food chain to eat at, now with that being said and after many and I DO MEAN MANY BAD EXPERIENCES AT THIS LOCATION, WHICH BOTH THE FOOD SERVED AND MANAGEMENT STAFF BOTH PERSONALLY AND from what I have observed other customers going though. This local burger king , my home town burger king is BY FAR THE WORST BURGER KING TO TRY TO GET A TIMELY MEAL FROM AND A GOOD MEAL FROM. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST OF THE WORST AS FAR AS THE MANAGEMENT STAFF GOES AND THE FOOD QUALITY IS WITH OUT ANY DOUBLTS AT THE BOTTOM OR VERY NEAR THE BOTTOM; it is a shame that such a great brand has to put up with this type low quality of leadship which results in a bad product being served in a extremely slow process. This evening events at the location has finally convined me it is time to speak up and disclose what I have been witnessing for a long while now. One bright spot, the young man that was doing multi jobs this evening when the person that appeared to be the manager " disappeared " when the drive thru was backed up and myself and three young hispanic men where waiting to get our orders taken should be given a " pay raise" he kept that entire process moving forward . Long story shorted : I was inside 1 hour and 15 minutes: the three men in line in front of me was order # 30, I was order # 32, the manager came back and took my order at 8 :07 pm and young man took an order # 31. , at 8: 32 pm I approached the counter and asked about my order the manager took. ; another person found it sitting exactly were the " to go orders " should be sitting ; that person added warm frys and she said " sorry our " broiler is actlng up" I said " so does that explain my to go order has been sitting there for 25 minutes just waiting for someone to call out my number? She said , sorry but it has been a busy evening, " I said I know I have been here for over an hour now and you just now showed up behind the counter area and you guys have " only called out 4 order numbers " inside" since I have been here. Totally amazing for a fast food chain. I DID TRY TO EAT MY MEAL INSIDE, THE BURGER WAS ICE COLD BUT AT LEAST THE FRYS WERE GREAT. My mother is now 81 years old and she loves the burger king burgers and honestly that is the " ONLY REASON" I PUT UP WITH THIS NONE SENCE FOR AS LONG AS I DID; I WAS PICKING UP HER EVENING DINNER MEAL , I told her in the future I hope she does not mind a burger king burger that is a day old and been in the frid. Read moreWe came here for lunch today and did not have a very good experience. The food was good but the lack of customer service was why there were only 2 stars given. After ordering (which was quick and correct) we waited over 5 minutes for our food because there was a customer requesting a refund and it took 3 employees to figure it out. When they finally did figure out what to do, the manager decided that it would be a good teaching opportunity. Nothing wrong with that except that she (manager) was trying to show the woman who was making our food how to do the refund on the register instead of making our food. It was at this time that I stepped up and asked how much longer it would take for our meals and the person behind us waiting for theirs. The manager asked how long we had been waiting and I told her over five minutes. She then asked what my order number was and when I told her she looked at the order board. I asked her how long it had been and she told me over five minutes. This is the point where I told her that it decidedly was not time for a teaching moment at which time she came up with the excuse that the woman who was supposed to be making the food was logged into the computer and that it was her drawer they were using. Eventually she told the employee to finish making our order. Once we got the food my girlfriend got a completely different sandwich than what she ordered. We had to take it back and wait for the correct sandwich to be made. Management at this restaurant is a joke. They do not understand what customer service actually means. And as for "Have it your way, You rule" that only applies when the manager wants it to. Read moreEvery single time someone in my household suggests this place, I already know it will be a terrible experience. If the food isn't cold and the fries are not burned, something is missing from the order. Tonight, my kids asked for this because we have had a long, busy day. I caved. I ordered their food, food for my husband, and then specifically stated what I wanted because they do not even have it listed on the menu anymore. They repeated my order and it was correct. I get home and they have given me everyone's food correctly, except mine...it is covered in jalapeños and onions. I cannot eat either of those, which is why I requested no onions to begin with and what I ordered didn't even come with jalapeños. I do not get the correct item or a refund because they gave me whatever nonsense they rang up, but it was not what I said or what was repeated back.
