Went today to pickup our order and the chicken sandwich my bf got wasn’t available, no biggie right? No, they served us stale (like rock hard, my cat couldn’t even steal one) fries, my large mashed potatoes with gravy had no gravy, the sandwich (which wasn’t what he ordered) was mega soggy and honestly somehow was actually dry??, and they were also out of the cream for their soda. The only thing that was edible was the small Mac and cheese and the plain powdered (no gravy) potatoes🙃they also were acting like they were slammed when there was only 1 other mobile pickup and someone ordering in the lobby… just truly atrocious experience over all. Read morewhen i walked in and the woman working the front counter was not paying attention she was leaned over a counter in the back on her phone not until i said something did she roll her eyes and take my order. in doing so she forgot food and made it to eat in not to go. the counter to get drinks in the lobby was covered in drinks and so was the floor with no wet floor sign. there were lids and straws on the counter soaked from the beverages. the tables were not wiped down and the floors were sticky. i do not blame anyone except the front line worker because if she has time to be on her phone there is no reason the lobby should’ve been in that shape. and her customer service was horrible:) please hire...

Long story short... the manager explains to us that if we had went through the drive through we would have received two beverage buckets, but since we ordered online she couldn't give us the drinks. This didn't even make sense to the employees who had asked her to give us the beverages. She even went so far as to say it was an "inventory issue".
