Let's be real.. we only come here to get things when we are in a situation and need/want something sooo bad but we cant buy it all at once.. The Interest at these places is insane to say the least.. I was in a bad spot at the time when my washer broke so I upgraded and purchased a washer and dryer from here. They were both brand new. The washer started acting up so they swapped it out with an ugly crappy one. It took over two months for me to get my washer back. I called and asked for an update 4 times total. Each time they just said they didnt know anything about the situation, and they would call me back. They never called me back with an update, or communicated anything about the repair process with me. They finally called me after it took over 2 months to tell me they fixed my washer and they needed to setup a delivery time. We squared the delivery away. When they delivered the washer it had a decent dent in the front mind you the one i purchased was new. I could tell this was not the washer I originally had so I asked they guy some questions. He said straight up they couldn't figure out how to fix the one I bought so they were giving me a different "used unit"... at this point I just decided to take the dang thing instead of arguing, and hoped everything worked. It ended up working properly, and I just paid off the balance as i could afford it. I ended up paying close to 2k for the washer and dryer by the end of the contract. I uploaded a pic of the dent in the washer for you to see. You would think items costing 3-4 times their actual value would come with good service.. Well I can tell you from experience it doesnt. I became a customer of Rent A Center November 2021.From the beginning the customer service was wonderful...they even made arrangements for my bed to be delivered that day!Then right before Christmas my step sons really wanted the "new"playstation and of course you couldn't get them anywhere...But Paul went above and beyond to make sure that they got it in time for Christmas.Paul is always nice,returns phone calls promptly and helps in any way he can....As of Saturday 4/2/2022 I went in right at closing to make a payment and decided i wamted a stereo once again Paul; sealed the deal and we were out of there!I would highly recommend anyone to visit Dayton RAC. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. 1st issue. I got a bed or my Dad in June and no one was called. I got another bed for my cousin and they called everyone of my references. 2nd. I asked for a bread new bed, in the box. which they told me they had just got one in from Athens. and they are charging me for a BRAND NEW BED but i got a pre owned bed. They delievered the bed with a clothe mattress cover on the mattress. NOT EVEN PLASTIC. removed the cloth cover to wash it today and THERE ARE MARKER STAINS ON THE MATTRESS. I called and spk to the manager and he said he was sorry and he would order a new one. I am beyond mad. I WILL NEVER...
