I tried using a BK gift card here a couple days ago inside the restaurant but the lady working the drive thru couldn't get it to work. The following day I call and check the card, it stated that there was indeed$20 on the card. So I go back but this time through the drive thru. The same lady was working and when I handed it to her she got visibly frustrated and told me I should have came inside if I was going to use that card. I was confused cause I literally tried that the day before and stood at the counter for 15 min while they just kept taking cars through the drive thru and by the time I got back to work I had 5 min to eat my lunch that I had to pay with on a different card cause she couldn't get my gift card to work. The guy in the drive thru with her kept telling her me sitting there while they manually entered the card was killing their drive thru time and getting frustrated. I don't get what the issue was but I've since used the same card at a different store and it worked fine. Maybe it was user error I guess. Common sense isn't so common I suppose. None the less I won't waste my time going here anymore. Kind of unfortunate cause it's close to work and there's not much to choose from. I don't recommend dining in here or coming here if you're in a hurry. Also the pop machine was out of ice and the pop...
Read moreI ordered 2 Impossible Whopper combos, a Buffalo Chicken Wrap, onion rings, and a 3rd drink. When my food was brought out to me, all the food was stuffed in 1 bag. When I got home and was carrying the food in, my bag ripped from the weight and all the food fell to the ground. The burgers and wrap stayed in the package, but all of the fries and onion rings fell onto the ground. Plus, the sauces I requested were not in the bag.
I called BK and talked to “Cierra”. She said “You can come back and get the fries and onion rings, but we won’t replace the burgers”. Yes we ate the burgers and wrap, bc we were starving! But it does put a bad taste in your mouth when the package fell onto the ground! Plus, who wants to eat your burger without your fries??? Not me!! Plus I am inconvenienced by having to drive there again to get the “free” fries lol We should have been offered our entire meals again for free, bc our whole experience was RUINED!! Not to mention 2 of the meals were for my 2 pregnant daughters! Cierra had an attitude, so I’m calling the General Manager as well. Customers should not have to tell the manager how to fix a bad experience, they should say “I’m so sorry this happened, you can have your entire meal free when...
Read moreI'm fairly certain this is the Burger King I stopped at tonight. After a long drive back from visiting my folks, I was heading home to North Dayton. I went through the drive through to order a couple burgers. And, as soon as I pulled ahead to the window, I heard an awful grinding, popping noise, metal to pavement. My front left tire was flat. I was driving on the rims.
I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do next. The cool headed employee working the window (thank God it was a slow night), said, 'hold on, I'll be right out.'
And he did come right out and he knew exactly what to do.
"Jay" (I'm unsure of the spelling) directed me to a parking place. He found and used my inadequate tools to lift my car, remove the hubcap, the flat tire; and he put on the temporary spare tire.
I could barely speak I was so grateful. I offered Jay money, he wouldn't take it. He said something that I'm still marveling at. He said, 'I'm trying to do good, whenever I can.' And he continued with an explanation. 'The more good I do, the more blessed I am.'
I am so, so grateful; that a person like Jay was working this Sunday at the Burger King where I stopped at for a couple burgers.
I feel very blessed.
Burger King should be...
