Was looking for a really good cheat day place that was delicious but not to terrible for us. We ordered 2 medium pizzas. Both hand tossed. The grilled chicken salad and the Buffalo chicken salad. And the 8 piece chicken box with jojos, which is their very delicious version of potato wedges. First off I placed my order on the website for delivery my total was about $50 which seams like a lot, but the quality and quantity of food made this well worth it. The food arrived faster than expected and very hot and fresh. Everything was so good and worth our cheat day calories as we do not usually eat fried foods and large amounts of carbs. The pizza was not only beautiful to look at but tasted very good. The salads were very fresh and the toppings were plentiful. Our chicken box was presented beautifully as well and was piping hot upon arrival. The chicken was seasoned and extra crispy just as I asked and was all legs correctly as requested. Overall the ordering process was easy online and the food was great. Perfect Saturday night cheat meal and Sunday brunch 😋 will definitely order again...

First time I had this pizza I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It's the best tasting pizza in ohio. Second time I ordered I placed my order over the phone for delivery and asked if I couple use the online coupon ($1 off) and the guy said yes but that I had to pick it up. I go up there on my lunch break and as I was about to pay the manager( who she was talking nasty to another customer on the phone before "helping" me) after she said me the total, I asked was that the total after taxes and she said there are no taxes. So I then asked well why is my total $1 more? I'm using the coupon. She then asks me for the physical coupon and I told her the guy I spoke with on the phone when I order said I was cool.so, I asked what can I do? She said theres nothing I can do I'm sorry. Instead of her righting her employees miscommunication, she keep the pizza and tells me I need to go print the coupon. She just lost a customer that things the world of this pizza but service in life...

PROOF IN PICTURES!!! // I ordered the same pizza last week and it was perfect — no issues. That’s why I came back again today, expecting the same quality. But this time, the order was completely wrong. I didn’t ask for olives, yet they gave me a pizza covered in them. When I called to fix the issue, the manager argued with me, was extremely rude, and even tried to correct my pronunciation just because I have an accent. That was uncalled for and disrespectful.

I explained that I ordered the same thing last week and have proof of what I actually requested, but she still refused to refund me or make it right. I just got off a 12-hour shift and wanted to enjoy dinner with my family — instead, we were left frustrated and without the food we paid for.
