Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken — Restaurant in Dayton

I don't usually write reviews and can't stand fast food chicken joints since there's usually always something not done but the man loves it so I figured I try it. About 2 weeks ago went and waited 30 mins at the speaker to order, the guy kept asking me to wait, stayed, guy was rude, got the food and everything was overcooked. Told myself I wouldn't do it again. BUT I was hungry today and had taco bell last night so I figured I'd give it another go. Will definitely be coming back as long as the Woman who was working today taking orders for drive-thru keeps working there. With so many horrible customer service employees these days, she's a keeper. I know bc I run 2 restaurants and know how hard staffing has been but she was definitely doing a great job. Extremely friendly, several suggested sells, kept trying to upsell me on meal and then drink until eventually bc she was doing so good I went ahead on the drink. I made sure to tell her at the window she needed a raise and great job with the upsales and something she said put a smile on my face (and made me wish we had more people like her). She responded with "I don't do good with rejection so I won't take No for an answer" with a smile on her face. The service was fast and food was DELICIOUS so please thank the cooks as well! 8/1/2025 I've never made a review until now i ate at this place 2 days in a row. The first day I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was, I clearly sat out on a warmer for a good while I told the lady she gave me a new one and apologized today I ordered 2 fish fillets. They came out instant as soon as I made the order. They weren't hot. I didn't think anything of it. I flipped one of them over the whole bottom was soggy, and wet that was at 3 o'clock It's 8 o'clock now and I feel like I'm about to die. I just called the manager and told him he didn't care at all i explained to him what happened and that, I think I might be sick because the food was left out and it wasn't fresh, but he ignored me and said it's always fresh and that he would never serve food. That's not fresh and told me that I should call an ambulance or go to the hospital if i'm sick i don't know if He didn't seem very manager like more like he just picked up the phone i just don't want anyone's kid or someone's grandpa or something to get sick from something like this happening again.It really should be taken...

Went here for chicken and got the most driest pieces of chicken I've ever eaten or been served with. To bad this ratings doesn't offer negative numbers. Plus, I looked on line about two days later and realized I had been charged way too much, but lessoned learned. I have told all my military friends and their families that this is not where they want to go for chicken and side orders. I belong to three different military organizations and I am known for my point blank critic but they also know I am serious about them. As all can see by the two photos I submitted, a 20pc chicken meal for $35.49 comes with 10 biscuits and 5 sides yet I paid the $35.49 for ONLY the 20 pieces and had to pay full price for the biscuits and one(1) side. I was never told the price included biscuits and 5 sides! Check your order before you leave and check the quality of the chicken for freshness.
