Food was absolutely NOT good; the meal was delivered 15 minutes earlier than it was ordered to be delivered, which we placed at a specific time so the food would arrive in time for a lunch break. However, the early delivery unfortunately caused the subs to get cold. When we called the store, the girl who answered became very rude and stated there was nothing they could do, so I asked to speak with the manager (and owner) Melissa 'Ferra' or 'Ferrera'. She surprisingly turned out to be even more rude than the girl we spoke with previously, and came up with several idiotic excuses as to why we were at fault for ordering our food at 12:45 and NOT expecting it to arrive at 12:30. She then stated she would not be replace, or even be discounting our meal or next meal due to the very poor service we received; not only the food, but the AWFUL 'customer service' provided by her employees, and shockingly herself as well. As someone who has worked in customer service fields from restaurants, to call centers, to a Hospice Center currently, I cannot believe the utter disregard for keeping a current customer or righting an absolute obvious wrong caused by YOUR staff. I was getting it up and even asked them for a towel to fto do so..I proceeded to get paper towels to clean up my mess I made.. As the sister with the dark hair began to mop it up I asked her if she was OK because I knew they were extremely busy and would have liked to help...She looked at me and said does it look like I'm ok and in shock I asked why are you being slick..rude and nasty.. On the other hand if you are going to call yourself a sub shop, then the food has to be up to par taste wise. That department was a complete let down. I spend $8 for an 8-inch sub that had absolutely no taste. The bread was a pale white with no taste or color. The ingredients was a fail also. I could not tell the difference between the roast beef, turkey, or ham. That alone is a complete disaster.
