Yesterday evening my family and I, including my small children, stop by this location for something to eat. We end up spending over $80 on various foods and beverages. Every item purchased had been specifically handled out to us after each of our individual numbers were called out. Instead of taking our food to go, we decided to sit out front at the picnic tables to eat. As we begin to enjoy our food, an employee of Wawa by the name of Tyler came storming out, yelling at us in regard to an order that was missing from another customer. Confused, we began to inquire on what was he, such in an uproar about he was looking for another customer's food and accuse us of taking their food. I Personally ordered a buffalo chicken quesadilla along with a mocha iced latte. We presented him with receipts and showed him the ticket number of everybody’s food, and he proceeded to leave back into the store. The embarrassment that we thought were over returned as he came back out storming, yelling about a drink that was missing. He first accused one of my family members who had a mango drink about stealing a sugar cookie drink. Once she showed him the ticket number and that he had the wrong drink, he turned his attention specifically towards me, yelling that my drink was a sugar cookie drink that he just had made, and I stole it. Offended and embarrass, I proceeded to ask questions to clarify that he was referring to my latte. He confirmed and proceeded to tell me, yes, that it was the ticket number 734. I picked up my cup and showed my cup to him displaying the ticket clearly showed that it was a mocha-Iced latte with the ticket number 756, and he still proceeded to try to take my drink from me. After seeing that he made a mistake not once but three times coming out there accusing us of stealing, not once did he apologize, he turned away and walk back into the store like nothing happened. We proceeded to ask him for corporate number and expressed the embarrassment that we felt, but he showed no care in the world we ask for a manager on duty he claimed that he was the manager. This experience was very unprofessional and with this being my first time ever dining at Wawa it most definitely dined the light for me to ever enter this establishment again. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially not...
Read moreI just wanted a Wawa iced coffee when we stopped here, but couldn't find the cups by the Self-Service machine. That's because in this location, you have to 'purchase' the cups at the register first. The lady at the register was nice enough . The guy in front of me bought an empty cup for $.50 for water, but I watched him fill his cup with soda as I purchased my Styrofoam cups for iced coffee. So not sure what Wawa is trying to accomplish by selling cups at the front desk . After I got my iced coffee and my styrofoam cups, I struggled to get the lids to fit, figured the clear plastic lids were not made for the styrofoam cups. So I stopped at the food counter where the ill-mannered woman behind the food counter obviously decided to completely ignore me. I stood there saying Excuse me Ma'am, nicely like 3 x, each time raising my voice still saying Excuse me Ma'am, assuming she couldn't hear me. I then realized that wasn't the case. Because she refused to even look up at me or in my direction. Really? She gets zero stars! You don't ignore people, ever. Finely a young well mannered man working there and walking by answered my question, and you know without hesitation he assisted me with getting the lids for my drinks on the cups. Apparently the lids don't match the styrofoam drink cups I was given for iced coffee but he was able to make them work when I couldn't. You should give that young man a raise! 100% customer service friendly, I give HIM 5 stars! I got really bad vibes from start to finish in this location. He gave me hope. Mind you, I would never go to this location alone after dark. My husband was in the car waiting for me. He watched me the whole time I was in the store and wondered what...
