Wish I could put zero stars. I have been ordering from this Jimmy John's for years and years. just this last year they have been slipping, or should I say falling down face first. Me and my husband order from JJs every once in a while for a nice treat (yes it's expensive, but it's a treat and we expect it to be the Jimmy John's way, clean, delicious, and fast.) However the last THREE times there's been a problem. The first time there was a hair in my husband's sandwhiches not a small eye lashes sized hair but instead it must have come from a girl's long hair. We thought we'd call and let them know, they said they were sorry and gave us store credit for next visit, we decided to give them another try despite the disgust. The next time we ordered we sat waiting for our subs for 30 minutes...They live a mile from us and we ordered two basic subs nothing crazy. When my husband called the manager she didn't seemed concerned at all and informed us we were in route... What happened to freaky fast? This last time we ordered two of the most plain subs the roast beef and the ham and cheese. Mind you, these subs cost about $11 for the cheapest and most tiny portions you could imagine and we left a great tip as always. They delivered two ham and cheese instead of the roast beef, when we called the manager she sighed as if we were causing her so much trouble and said she would send someone out to deliver our roast beef, but we have to give her back the mess up. Excuse me? You are going to take back your mess up and not offer anything for the inconvenience. I am done with this store, three chances and...

First, I waited over 10 minutes on the phone just to get them to say they would replace my tuna sandwich that had no tuna, because I had no receipt, but I was willing to bring it back the sandwich which I only took two bites out of before I realized it had no tuna in it. with my So, I walked over got a replacement, when they handed me a sandwich, I asked why did the sandwich feel so hot, the preparer response , Oh because we just made the rolls. However when git back to work and I inspected the roll it seem someone had perhaps toasted it another mistake, it had a hard crusted bottom on a cold tuna sandwich, not appetizing at all. Lastly, I called back asked about the rolls cost after explaining that I got toasted one and was just there in a cold tuna sub, the clerk stated two dollars. I thought the correct thing would just give me a roll, so I could eat my tuna, but no he said nothing. I asked about delivery then thought I should I not be paying for their mistake. I said never mind and Sorry, but WAWA is just across the street, I make my purchase there. Just a note for the owner, I read the story about you and the family starting your franchise in Port Orange, it was moving. So I know you value customer service as I do. Because this is one of your franchise, I am going to give this location an opportunity to show they value your customers too. The first order was a couple months back when we had found a 9 inch strand of hair in our sub. We called and spoke to the manager only to feel like we were in the wrong and lying about the hair. Eventually,they did credit us the money back onto our account. The second time we ordered we waited 27 min for our sub! We called after 20 min and the manager told us that their driver had three orders and would make it to our house when she did. Very unprofessional and didn't make us feel any more reassured that our sub was on the way. The last straw was when we ordered a slim 1 and a slim 2 and we received 2 #1 Slim's. We called and the manager wanted us to prove we had two #1 Slim's -.- why on earth would I lie, our corrected sub was delivered 10 mins later. We will not be ordering from Jimmy John's again. Terrible customer service and it seems that every time we order, our order is wrong. Management makes no attempt to fix the issue and it certainly doesn't make guests feel welcomed...
