DTLR — Local services in Daytona Beach

Me and boyfriend walked in, and no one said anything to us. We were the only ones in the store. We didn't get a hello. Can I help you find something? Nothing! It felt like just by us walking in annoyed them. We where in thier for about 10 minutes and not one word was said to us. It was intentional and unbelievable rude. I saw a shirt and shoes I like for my boyfriend birthday but refused to buy anything due to the lack of customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter and it never fails all of the shoes are not the same price as it is on the shelf.im so upset right now because DTLR is my main shoe store but im so sick of guessing my shoe price.if i could Give no stars i would and the big girl with the dreadlocks wanted to dispute with me.horrible service.please take the time out to explain to people before thwy purchase some shoes that the price thats on the shoes is incorrect.instead you should honor the price its not my fault you cant put the right tags on the merchandise.i need to find my kids another shoe store unless they can make...

This store is by far horrible when it comes to customer service. The store Manager I believe her name is Frances (the short lady) is very rude. no matter how many complaints she gets nothing is done by corporate. she constantly wants to verbally abuse customers then say don't come in her "store". I even witnessed her have a fight in the store and nothing was done about it. for a faithful paying customer to receive this type of service is unacceptable.
