NEVER GOT ORDER AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO COME BACK FOR REFUND! Placed an order on the mobile app to pick up inside when I was about 2 minutes away. Arrived at the store there was maybe 2 cars in drive thru and 1 customer inside placing and order. App indicated order was being prepared, saw my order number on the screen as well. Waited about 5 minutes then was asked what my order was, explained it was a mobile order and gave my order number. Watched customer that order after me get food, I still waited with patiently. Was told order was being worked on, as more customers come inside see their order is being made, asked about mine, at this point it was 15-20 minutes of waiting. Then told let me see it on your phone, I pointed out my order is still on the screen but showed her on my phone. Told her I can't wait and to just cancel the order and refund my card. (I was on break and was already late 15 minutes). Young lady just walked away, so I just left the store with no refund or food. Called the store asked for manager, spoke to Hailey, was told I had to come back because I choose I arrived on my app. Explained app tracks location and I did not have that option. Told I would have to come back to store for food or refund, I explained I could not do that, was spoken to sarcastically.. "well if not today then tomorrow or the next day but you have to come back." She did not offer any options, other than I had to come back. I asked for franchise owner number and info, was told by manager it is McDonalds on Beville and to "look it up" and then she hung up on me. So no food, no refund. Read moreI have in the past left very good reviews for this McDonalds. It's the McDonalds that I prefer. I typically earn 30,000-50,000 points per month, at this McDonalds. Typically its one of the best Ive ever been to. However, this past Wednesday there was a severe problem with one of the "managers". This particular manager I had never seen before despite that fact that Eli and everyone else in the organization knows I frequent this McDonalds. As I always do I put my mobile order in for table service. An African American woman who identified herself to me as the manager, called out my name several times at the counter as I was on an important work call, which is why I always use table side. She held my food bag out near my table I grabbed it from her and she proceeded to yell at me while I was on my work call, embarrass me and my husband and didn't even give us our drinks. I pointed out that the food should not have been bagged up as it was table side and she threatened to kick me out of the store with a severe attitude, one I've never seen at this location in the past. Needless to say I am deeply disappointed that I was spoken to this way and that she couldn't even follow a simple app instruction "table side" that's why there was a number entered, the table number. I don't know for sure that she is the manager as Id never seen her before and earning r50k points per month, I'm there at least once a day. Terrible Terrible way to treat a repeat and frequent customer I would give this interaction negative stars. To get away from 7Palms franchises you need to go to Ormond or LPGA Blvd. Those guys wouldn't stand for this...
Read moreWe ordered ahead of time on the app and enter the table number when we arrived. It did not take long to get our food only a couple of minutes. My grandson ordered the happy meal burger with extra pickles. I had the double cheeseburger with light pickles and extra onion. My daughter wanted the chicken with extra mayonnaise. First thing my grandson goes for is his burger with only one pickle. He looked at me and I showed it to the lady bringing our food. It looked like a regular burger they just slapped his ticket on. When I showed it to her the bottom bun was rock had and you could see it had sat long. She said she was sorry and she took it back with her. My daughter’s chicken sandwich was as she ordered but the bottom bun was also hard. I took a bite of my double cheeseburger before I looked at it. The bun was rock had and appeared to have sat a long while and had dried ketchup and regular pickles and no onions. I took it up to the front counter and showed it to the lady. She said she was sorry and would take care of it. We finished the rest of our meals before the burgers were brought back. She asked us to check our food while she waited at our table. They were made correctly this time but had rock hard buns. I thumped the bun and tapped it on the wrapper on the table. She said all the buns were like that and have been coming in like that.
