Wow I am very impressed with this place. I came here planning on eating a Philly cheese steak sub since I always get my fillies from Jersey Mike's. Let me tell you, that is my absolute favorite place to purchase a Philly cheese steak sub the only problem with Jersey Mike's is that they're so expensive. I normally don't have a problem paying for quality but lately I've been having a problem paying for quality 😂 Jersey Mike's is my go-to place for the famous Philly cheese steak sub but I came here to Nellie's Deli to try their cheese steak sub and wow was I thinking that Jersey Mike was going to be better of course, I couldn't even rate their Philly cheese steak sub the same exact way as Jersey Mike's because they entered A whole New world with the styles that they create their Phillies here with. I was thinking Jersey Mike's hard to beat because they make in-house bread but little did I know that this place is right next to a deli that makes their own in-house spread and I had a combination of sweetness on the bread with a crispiness to it and a softness that I dream of. I never saw the attack coming from the combination of the trifecta crispy soft in-house bakery bread Philly cheesesteak. They put everything that I wanted in my cheesesteak at their own style inversion. It's like Jersey Mike is the best philly cheesesteak with soft bread but here at Nellie's Deli it's the best philly cheesesteak with crispy soft bread and half the price literally. My first time getting the whole Philly cheesesteak combo here was $10 literally. Jersey Mike's on spending at least 25.00 on their Giant with no drink or chips. Here I spent $10 for a 12-inch Philly cheesesteak with a side of potato salad and a drink with a side of their attic sauce. I came for a second visit and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak with extra meat this time with a side of a la carte fresh potato seasoned french fries. Crispy to the tea season with flavor I'm going to post a video down at the bottom of this review. This place is honestly the best quality combined with affordability. Like I said I love Jersey Mike's Philly cheesesteaks but I've been seeing myself sneaking over here for the quality combined with the value.displace might have the best Philly cheese steak at $10 with a combo introduce so you could drink something and have something on the side my goodness. I never knew how they could combine value with quality so well. It feels like I'm purchasing their orders here with a huge 50% off coupon invisible in my pocket. Out of hundreds of reviews at this location I've only noticed two bad reviews. That's amazing. They have quality they have value they have ketchup inside of the ketchup squirters they have salt they have pepper they have napkins they have straws you could free refill your drink over and over again. I know this sounds like something normal but when you get this combination of value and quality it feels like brand new all over again. The service here is amazing and not to mention that I ran into one of my high school classmates coming here to try to sneak in a bite. That was an amazing surprise as well so that makes the experience that much more better. Clean and customer service satisfaction guaranteed. I even talked to the staff about how good the Jersey Mike Phillies are and they took all of my opinions and criticisms graciously and still stood up to the play that I will still enjoy their Philly cheese steak subs no matter how good Jersey Mike's...

I eat here at least 3-4 times a week, and while eating out can get pretty expensive, when you work the hours that I work, it is hard to prepare your own meals. I work 3 buildings down from this place so I, or my wife will walk here each time. Each time has NEVER let me down. On occasion, they have forgot my pickle they give you with a sandwich, or one time I asked for lettuce and they forgot this, but we called, and they quickly rectified these issues and apologized. This place not only has great customer services, but EVERYTHING, YES, EVERYTHING is FRESH, homemade, and they have a bakery right next door which is part of their business. The bread they bake fresh every single day, which is out of this world, which is why I am assuming Nelly's closes somewhat early. I have ordered a multitude of things, but hands down, I am a huge fan of the cheese steak. The cheese steak is made fresh with an added onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and I add lettuce, tomato, and jalapeños. Let me tell you, this sandwich is out of this world. Just writing this review and talking about this sandwich (I just had it yesterday) is making me want it right now! If you have not tried this place, I honestly feel sorry for you. First time I went a few weeks ago, I had a cold turkey sub. I really enjoyed the freshness of the bread and the meat. It really tasted like a deli sub. It made me want to go back and try a hot sub. I went back today and tried a hot pastrami. OMG. I’ve been trying to find a place that made a pastrami sub the way I grew up eating it and remembering the taste. I have found it! It was phenomenal. Now I want to try the rest of the menu. If anyone wants to know: I ordered a hot pastrami with grilled onions, mayo, spicy mustard, and Swiss cheese.
