Ist, Let me start off with .. " ROOMS TO GO" They have a hugh business here in Daytona Beach, FL
If you are looking for furniture , here is where you want to come.
We just happened to need a particular recliner that is not really used anymore. (Manual not motorized)
We did our research and found it was the best place to go to what we needed
Well with that said;
I am looking for a new recliner because this will be my 3rd recliner in 5 years.
One only lasted a year, the other 4 years.
I having rescued dogs, And unfortunately I let them on the sofa. The leather gets scratched, dirty and worse for wear.
So, after much research, Rooms to go were our choice .
When we walked in we were greeted by Jayden.
Jayden didn't have the usual pesky persistence salespeople pitch, DON'T GET UPSET about this cliche because I was in sales over 26 years, I should know
Jayden painfully I might add, showed us (the only 2 there manual recliners there. (They can also look for a piece of furniture which happened to be our need motorized can come in manual)
Jason did that He also endeared our many, (many) questions.
Mark (husband) is a stickler with research about (everything) he wants to buy.
Then said husband has to compare, think, calculate, (you get the idea) on a product. SOMETIMES, like this particular item, he deliberated over 3 weeks
Yes, he did this store to store for comparisons..pull my hair out now.
When he FINALLY came to the actual (this time sofa) decision, Now, I must interject here, I'm fine with anything in buying joint necessities As long as I get my darn item I don't care if he does the research by himself
Ok, so we make sure we have "Jayden's" business card...after all he was not only thorough and knowledgeable about the items he had throughout the store, he was also again patient with us (Mark not me) we of course asked for him
Not only did he look for us after being paged, ROOMS TO GO is a very large store and he REMEMBERED us (who wouldn't after spending 2 hours with us)
Mark went over the same questions again. (Uggg)
We made the deal (yaay) Now, I should say there was a sale going on but there is usually a sale on their furniture which made the price ticket desirable
FINALLY, In conclusion, We have a great sofa (Loveseat actually but who cares) With an really good inexpensive warranty totally worth it and delivery which they bring your piece(s) in, set it up, take your old set to the curb.
I'm excited waiting for my piece of furniture to arrive. AND this time NO dogs on it
We shall see!
KEEP following me looking for my reviews as those who know me, I'm fair and balanced (sounds familiar like I've heard that somewhere before) big LOL I give my honest opinion Good OR not.
Thank you JAYDEN from the great ROOMS TO GO
P.S, this is the only picture below, I took there because it's adorable

Read moreJust bought my first house and wanted to get a new bedrooms furniture set so we went to rooms to go, we picked out this one set that our sales rep said they had for years. We decided to finance the set and at the end of all the financial paperwork for it our sales rep then said the side rails of the bed wont be deliever until 2 weeks after everything else, that was not the case. When the mattress, headboard, footboard, dresser and mirror were delivered the headboard had a big crack in the corner and the footboard and mirror were all knicked up and dented. I received the mattress cover i told him i did not want in the dresser, we went to the store to get the mattress cover refunded and to show the pictures of the damaged furniture. When we walked in our sales rep saw us and completely turned around like he wanted nothing to do with us so we went to the office and the woman helping us refunded the mattress cover and told me the service department will call me about setting up a delivery to have the items replaced. Tje side bed rails were deliever not 2 weeks after everything else but a mouth and 3 weeks after...when the bed side rails got delievered the delivery guy became frustrated that he had to assemble the bed...the bed cannot be assembled without the side rails. He didnt even take the cardboard off the box spring. The freshly painted walls of the room have scratches from the boxes and the replacement furniture still had a smaller crack im the corner of the headboard and a knick on the footboard, i decided that i could live with those blemishes because i didnt want to take more time out of work for a 4th delivery, i juat recieved the second bill for the furniture that had a new charge of about $250. I went into the store again to see what this extra charge was for amf was told it was for the bed side rails....my bill says the side rails had a balence of $0.00, when i told the woman at the office that she told me i wasnt charged for them the first time so i left to get the other bills and paperwork and brought them back to the store and went to speak with that same woman when greeted by a man adking what the problem was, he then explained to me and showed me that i was charged for the side rails then they took the charge off and charged me again, when clarified i thanked the man that explained it to me and went to leave, the woman i initally spoke to then started laughing at me to the man as i left. Very unprofessional place, you would think my first experience with the place should have been good not the headache i received from it all. I will not recommend Room To Go to anyone and will not buy anything from them again. My roommate got his furniture from American Signature Furniture and had no problems whatsoever, wish we took that route to avoid all the hassle...
Read moreDo NOT buy anything from this store. I spent over $3k for a sectional with a sleeper sofa approximately 1 year ago. I bought the extended service agreement that is "supposed to" cover repairs. My sleeper won't even pull out. We called customer support like the store told us to for a claim on March 25, 2024. They sent out a repair technician on March 29, 2024. The guy stated he couldn't fix it, took some pictures and told us he would reach out to customer service for the replacement. He wasn't even at my house 15 minutes!! We finally got what we thought was the replacement appointment today 4/9/2024 and turns out it was the same guy, that did the same exact thing. He just took pictures and told us we would hear from customer service. We contacted the Rooms To Go customer support team and they told us we had to have a claimed filed first. How many appointments/ phone calls does it take for a claim??? They are trying to put us off until our warranty expires so they don't have to replace/repair it but I am not going to stop. With the extended service agreement I shouldn't have to be going thru all of this. I was promised when I purchased it that everything would be taken care if we had any problems whatsoever. Yeah right!!! RUN TO ANOTHER STORE!!! Update--We called AGAIN to check on our claim, even contacted the store manager. I was contacted by both the warranty company and Rooms To Go corporate office only to let me know that they "think" it can be fixed but they are going to check to see if the parts are in stock and that could take up to 90 days!!! WHAT 90 days to check to see if you have parts in stock??? I know they are trying to put me off until my extended warranty expires so they don't have to make repairs. Also, the day I contacted corporate I noticed the console piece between the two recliners was coming apart so bad you can see the wood. I ask both the corporate office and the warranty people about this while I had them on the phone and they told me I had to start all over and file a separate claim for that as well as my dad's recliner will not stay in the grooves at the bottom. He recently had a stroke and can't be lifting on these recliners. After spending 3K for a sectional you would think it would stay in place. I will NEVER do business with Rooms...
