Taco Bell — Restaurant in De Pere

On Wednesday, November 6th I stopped for lunch at this Taco Bell. I went inside and ordered my food. I was given my drink cup and gave them my name. They called "Mark" Mark came up and got his food and went and sat down. A little while later they called "Mark" again. Mark came up and said that the food he was given didn't belong to him, the worker looked at the screen and said oh that must have been Kirk's Order. She handed Mark his food and I assumed that she put in my order again as she had handed it to Mark. I waited a while longer and I went and asked where my food was. She said that I should have been listening for my name, I told her that she called "Mark" not "Kirk" and Mark had taken my food by accident. At this point I had been waiting 40 minutes for my lunch. I asked if I could get my money back and I was told that only the manager could give me my money back, they called the manager. After waiting 10 minutes for the manager the manager came in and was very rude, gave me my money back and then turned to the employees and said "if he's getting his money back he should give us our drink back". I handed back the soda and left without any food after 50...

If I could give zero stars I would! I had 4 people with me and when I drive off everyone has their food except me! The doors were all locked so couldn’t run in quick so I ended up calling. I told them what I was missing and if they could run out my food quick they said no “if you’re ever in the area again just stop by” or come through the busy drive through again. (Even rounded up for the kids to go to college) not a big deal but still. So I said I’m not from around here we are on our way upnorth so I wouldn’t be stopping by again. My parents in another vehicle had missing food and the workers told them the same story. So my parents go around to the drive through we wait 10+ more minutes and got our food they said we are nuisances and locked the door and threatened to call the police because we questioned why it was so hard just to run the food out to us but instead make it our fault and go waste more time in the drive through. Taco Bell is receiving one star from me due to they use the lowest grade of beef a fast food restaurant can buy. Now I know that businesses are all for making money. However if you are in the customer service field then up grade your product a bit. This place is a nation wide chain so one would think they would care about what they feed to their customers. I'm not a big fan of fast food places but when I decide to go I go to places such as Wendy's Hardeys Arbys A&W Burger King etc. The reason is I know these places are feeding their customers much better grade of beef. Taco Bells beef comes in ground in 5 pound plastic bags frozen and they put the bag of beef in a big boiling pot of water and boil it in the bag and you can just see the grease flowing threw the bag.
