When coming into Lava lounge Too, I was immediately greeted and seated at a table. This hookah lounge is a traditional Arab environment. Lots of happy customers chatting about.

Juan may be the only server in my blogging/review history that introduced himself ready to take my order. The menu is a QR code which is convenient to look at. There were so many wonderful options from the appetizers down to the smoothies.

-Food

I ordered fried jalapeños, a large Caesar Salad and a fresh pineapple juice. The fried jalapeños were made to perfection and served with options of ranch and marinara. The Caesar salad was plated beautifully on a bed of challah made fresh here at The Lava lounge. There was a perfect amount of Caesar dressing. The salad tasted so refreshing!

Hookah-

I ordered Bluemist and mint, pineapple head and an iced base. I noticed most of the hookahs had quick light coals. I asked for naturals and was instantly accommodated. At first my hookah was not hitting well. The mint was really strong and I really couldn’t taste the Bluemist. The owners were very active walking around and checking on each table. Ali (owner) was able to line the coals in a certain order and wallah! My hookah turned out perfect. I could taste both flavors and smoking was easy. Ali was very pleasant and willing to help by any means.

I recently visited Lava Lounge with my cousins and had a highly disappointing experience. I ordered a steak sub sandwich, a falafel plate, and a crispy chicken sandwich. After waiting 45 minutes, I received a steak with mashed potatoes instead of the sandwich I had ordered. One of my cousins received his chicken sandwich, but after his first bite, he discovered a large piece of paper on top of the chicken. We informed the server, who acknowledged the mistake and apologized. When I asked if my correct order would take long, the server assured me it would only be 10 minutes. However, when I finally received the steak sub, it appeared to be the same steak initially served to me, just cut into pieces to resemble a sandwich. This approach was extremely disappointing, as it failed to make the situation right. In addition, my other cousin’s lemonade was never served, despite repeated reminders. When we requested the bill, the server simply stated the total amount due and presented the debit/credit machine, not mentioning that an 18% gratuity had already been added regardless of party size. This led me to unintentionally tip more than necessary. I have been a loyal customer of Lava Lounge for years without any issues, so I asked if the establishment had recently changed management. Looking for a great place for a hookah and a lemonade. This is the spot to check out!

Atmosphere: It’s dimly lit which keeps it very cool for the summer with exotic decor that makes you feel like you’re in a scene from Arabian nights. Plenty of very comfortable seating and is very clean inside and out.

Service: The service was amazing. I was greeted with a smiling face and had my choice of seating wherever I would like. My order was placed promptly and my hookah was brought out neatly, prepared for any adjustments that I would like to make. Upon leaving I was thanked and welcomed back anytime. I couldn’t ask for better service!

Food: I only tried the mango Guava smoothie as I was just coming in to wait while my car was being fixed across the street… but it was fantastic! I saw many people making orders who seemed to enjoy their meals, the portions looked plentiful and the prices were very reasonable; so when I do come back, I’ll be sure to order plenty.

For a hookah lounge in the area I would rate this establishment 4.5 flames 🔥. Definitely would recommend and will...
