Holy rude. Do not ask questions and make sure you specify value taco..my worst experience here in over 5 years..first off order 2 chicken quesadilla meals ..with 4 extra tacos2 only meat and cheese and 2 regular. A single churro and cup of bean and cheese. Was told 29$ and change..a little high it seemed so I pulled back to the speaker as it was slow only one car ahead and none behind. And I politely asked why my.order was so much and would it be cheaper to not get meals and the quesadillas and fries seperate as opposed to the meal was told it about the same price of roughly 16$ a churro and beans 2.50. So I asked why the tacos were so expensive considering 2 are only meat and cheese when it says value tacos are .89 ..the response was if you start with the deluxe @1.79 but minus lettuce and tomatoes it's still 1.79..i said I'm sorry for the confusion I only wanted value tacos(the difference of .90 is tomato btw) was told is the rudest tone by Amanda you have to say value duh.. (which I'm sorry but only meat and cheese should have been a giveaway) I responded with that's how you talk to your customers was told she was talking to someone waiting in the lobby at 1130 at night? Still again that's how you talk to your customers. She then proceeded to talk s**t about me with her mic off..unfortunately the other manager still had hers on. Susan apologized profusely at the window. She was nice and polite. The to top it all off since Amanda made our food also.. literally the smallest tacos possibly they looked like taquitos even with my lettuce on mine and the quesadillas were they driest half cooked i have ever had.. *update called and talked to Susan who has offered to replace the tacos as shes one of the managers will be calling the store manager..and...
Read moreToday at 2 I went there and ordered food for my daughter's and I, the order was $50 I was confused as to why since I only ordered 3 meals... after paying and looking at my receipt I realized the cashier over charged me for an extra meal, I just told her not to worry I will keep it.
I specifically asked for my burrito to not have Pico and switch the fries for rice, after getting my order took one bite and it was WRONG! By the time I realized it I was already back on the freeway.
Needless to say I was annoyed because I was already overcharged now my order was wrong.
I was going to throw it away but I had to come back to this side of the town by 7 so I kept it and pulled back up to the window
The Hong lady said let me see if they can make another one, of course my thought is either make it or give me my money back
Then a man came to the window, guessing he was the manager..
Here's where everything changes... he gave me a genuine apology, assured me my order will be made the correct way and that it will be fresh. As promised he delivered, my order was made correct and it was fresh.
The taste was good since this isn't the first time my order was wrong I would strongly suggest you check your order before you leave but it was really nice to know that he was apologetic and the willingness to make it right would have ne order again..
In addition he also gave me 2 orders of...
Read moreIt's not my first time going to this location but I usually go in the day shift/ afternoon hours and the food is always hot and fresh. After, getting off work early one morning (230am) I stopped to get a quick bite. While I waited to be greeted at the intercom, an employee aggressively coughed into the intercom. I was taken aback and respond say "Uh uh!" I understand that things happen, so I waited for the employee to apologize or at least say excuse me but instead I heard a slight snicker from my response. So I drove off. Now everytime I think about stopping there at any time of the day, I'm disgusted because either: one, there are employees openly coughing in the restaurant or they just didn't want to do their job and serve me and coughed liked that as a detergent. I wasn't going to leave a review but customers and the business owners need to know the attitude and outlook these employees have during these hours. That's literally the only fast food chain off Ford Rd at N. Telegraph for atleast a mile. I also understand people may come through the drive thru rude, drunk and maybe even belligerent during midnight hours but if they don't want to do that job they should get another. If they were sick, they shouldn't don't come into work and they certainly shouldn't cough into an intercom without apology or...
