Avoid at all costs. Came by with my family of five on a Friday evening. Restaurant was busy but not full yet had to wait for a table. We sat down, ordered five dishes. After 30 mins of waiting with no water refill or food, the waitress said it would take another 2 mins. But in reality it took another 25. Even then only three of the five dishes arrived. We had to cancel the other two remaining dishes which our waitress said was going to take '10 mins' and given she previously said 2 mins and in fact it took over 20, we were left with no choice but to cancel. The manager wasn't any better either - he appeared to be chit chatty with a table in the corner - maybe they were VIPs? I don't know but the favouritism was glaring and the lack of attention for the tardiness of his servers and wait staff was alarming. Our waitress probably attended our table maximum 45times the entire evening - to take our order, to bring water, bring our food, and the cheque - in a nearly 1.5hr visit. Absolutely deplorable service.
Further - they call themselces a hibachi restaurant when they are far from it - there is no live cook at your table or anything like that - the hibachi just refers to the type of cuisine. Very misleading.
Overall - avoid at all costs. It was not a pleasant experience and the food certainly is not worth the wait - there are far better options in the Dearborn area.
From the image you'll see two of the dishes that did actually arrive were SIDE dishes yet they still took approximately an hour to arrive.

Disappointing Ramadan Iftar Experience at Sky Hibachi
I was really looking forward to having iftar at Sky Hibachi, especially since it was a special birthday dinner for a close friend. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant.
Despite making a reservation for our group, the booth assigned to us was too small to accommodate seven people comfortably. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and the service was disappointing. No one checked on us for refills or drinks, and we had to manage on our own. I even noticed some staff packing food for themselves while guests were left unattended.
Although the food itself was tasty, the overall experience was frustrating. After a long day of fasting, a comfortable and welcoming dining environment is just as important as the meal, and unfortunately, this restaurant fell short. If they work on improving their customer service and space management, it could be a much better experience.
Would I return? Probably not, at least not for iftar...
Read moreI attempted to visit this establishment and was incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism I encountered. Two days before my planned visit, I called to inquire about making a reservation and was told they don’t accept reservations. The following day, I called again at the suggestion of a friend, only to be told the same thing. Despite this, when I arrived — having been fasting all day — I was asked if I had a reservation, which was frustrating since I had been informed twice that reservations weren’t accepted.
To make matters worse, when I declined a seating offer in the Hookah Lounge due to my friend’s asthma, the waitress responded in a condescending manner, questioning, “Why not?” This came across as extremely disrespectful and added to an already disappointing experience.
Overall, this experience reflected poor communication, inconsistency, and a lack of professionalism. I had hoped for a pleasant visit, but unfortunately, this was far...
