Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Dearborn Heights

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They completely mess up my order LITERALLY EVERY TIME. I have tipped their drivers 10 dollars plus, because I know what it’s like to live off tips. I know it’s not the drivers fault but the idiots behind the phone clearly do not want to answer or they are just to fat, gross and lazy to even write down a pizza with two toppings on it! I swear to god the people that answer the phones put you on hold on purpose just so they don’t have to take your order. It’s absolutely disgusting the way they run this so called establishment. I will probably end up calling the BBB on the owner. Whoever owns the place, clearly doesn’t know how to hire the right people to take down orders. I mean really... I have to wait on hold for 30 mins when they haven’t even closed I wasn’t calling last min and for them to not answer the phone or clearly don’t feel like taking your order. They will never get my money ever again that’s all I can say THIS PLACE IS A DISAPPOINTMENT Also a disgrace. Oh and ps when they say they will make it up to your for Messing up your order they NEVER do ANYTHING about it. And this is a real review not the fake ones you see from the employees or whoever is running the place. So thank you jets on telegraph for never compensated any of my orders lol or even answering them. Anyone that reads this please don’t give your hard earned money to this...

The people NEXT DOOR ordered a pizza, the jets pizza driver pulled into my driveway and left his vehicle running... the car is in need of an fluid leak repair... My driveway was 10 days old. brand new concrete! the jets driver left a fluid stain.. called six times over the next three weeks... all I wanted was for them to have the driver come out and clean up the stain... spoke to two different managers... Tyler and Ken... no one returned my calls, nor did they clean up my driveway..... be sure to block your driveway before you call.. unless you like stains in your drive.... the neighbors said it took over an hour for the pizza to arrive.... they used to be a nice pizza place...no more... not happy with the way they unprofessionally handled this situation at all! Papa Johns is a few doors down... better service, way better pizza, and their drivers probably can pull up in front of the correct address... good bye...

So I attempted to order by phone a couple days ago (I called 4 times, and was on hold a total of 14 min without speaking to anyone). So I then try to order online, when I put my cc info in, it said payment method not valid select another payment method, I try that twice, it says the same thing again, it charged my Venmo card both times, but I didn't get a receipt, I call them and finally get a hold of someone to place my order, all the employees were great, no problems there. Then today I text to order because nobody would pick up the phone, and that goes through no problem, but guess what? I get there, and they are closed!!!! There are 10 other mad people here as well. Please turn your online ordering off if your aren't open! So now I have been charged 3 extra times without receiving food. Get your stuff together jets!!!!
