Five stars for the pizza and employees! The pizza, both square and round, is incredible at the Telegraph/Ford location. This became our go-to pizza place years ago after Lona's closed. Even though they've raised their prices a few times over the past couple years, the quality and consistency has not changed. No shrinkflation here, unlike so many other places.
Three stars for the website and app ordering. Having to find/search for codes to unlock deals/coupons is annoying. What's worse: 1) All too often codes are rejected as invalid despite appearing on their coupons webpage and/or paper coupons. 2) Coupon prices are not applied at checkout even if a valid code is accepted. For example Family Combo "FC" for $31.99 exp. 03/31/23, was accepted as valid on the website, but the discount price was not applied at checkout. However, the paper FC coupon was accepted over the phone for a carryout order.

Read moreI made an order over the phone and paid with my card for delivery. Then I changed my mind because it would be half the wait time if I picked it up. When arrive, they say I owe. I kindly tell him I paid over the phone. He then tells me that they wouldn't have taken a payment over the phone for a pick up. I then explain how I changed my mind over phone. He basically tells me with a nasty attitude that the point is he needs to be paid. Well with that attitude, I turn to leave. He says a snide remark and I turn around and tell him that he needs to retain his staff because no one told me I needed to pay when I come in. He's yelled at me and tells me to go someplace else.
