So far I ordered 4 times or a little more from this place. I call half an hour earlier basing on the girl's advice in order not to wait and . I used to order 3 hours before just to allow them time. I arrive to pick up my order and every single time I have to wait for it to be made, it's only a large pizza , meaning it shouldn't take time to make. I waited each time half an hour and the last time 1 long complete hour for a pre-ordered pizza. The story doesn't end here wait for the " best", it's yet to come.... Today I called in and placed an order and I was clear saying I'll pick it up in half an hour. I called after half an hour to confirm that I am on my way, the girl asks me " who did you put the order with" I answered " I don't know her name but here's mine and for sure she works there" she asks the girl next to her and comes back saying that there was no order placed" then when I asked her to put the one I talked to on the phone she hands her the phone. While I was reminding the girl about my order and giving her my name , she starts saying " hello, hello " and hungs up ( old school tricks style right?. I call back screaming in the ear of whoever answered that IT IS RUDE TO HANG UP ON PEOPLE especially if they are respectful and were nor rude to you. No apologies, nothing ZERO customer service or manners. I ended up cancelling order and hanging up. So just telling everyone not to order from a place like this in order to raise the quality of the customer service and the way they treat people and respect their time and orders. Having a business in a multicultural community like Dearborn and treating community with the way you were probably raised or bringing these poor manners with you to business is not gonna do you any good and it will give a vulgar image of arabs or the community in general. I am very disgusted and sick to my stomach. I have waited a long long time before posting a review but it has to be done for the sake of the whole community. This is my first negative review of a business you can have this " honor" unfortunately, if you do not care about your business nor nour customers why...
Read moreMy first time that I went to Dearborn Pizza in Dearborn on Warren the Pizza was Excellent and cheap, but the second time I went was a horrible experience!! Called in the order of two pizzas and I arrived and only one was ready, so I waited 20 mins for the other pizza. I got the pizzas and took one to my daughter which was good but frozen, had to microwave it and my second one was burned, so I called the next morning and asked for a manager that wasn't in yet, so I went in later because I had to work. I brought the pizza and receipt to Dearborn Pizza and the manager was very nasty to me, so I wanted my money back and he gave me $12.00. 2 large pizzas 4 items on it were $29.00 and I added 2 small salads and it was $39.22. I called the other Dearborn Pizza place in Dearborn Heights and was given a total of 12.79 for 1 pizzas with 4 items. I feel cheated out of money. All Dearborn MI businesses do not Itemized their Items on a receipt or Items so you never know what U R charged!! Get with the NEW TECHNOLOGY 20 years ago. NO EXCUSE!!! You're CHEATING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY!! I can't really say what I'm really owed back!! I'm reporting this...
Read moreThis place used to be really good. In my last 3 visits, I received sloppy, uncooked dough, and uneven pizza. The pizza are priced well but the pizza makers don’t care for their customers, they only care for money. I would order a large pizza for delivery and only receive one cup of ranch with it. This place has just lost a loyal customer.
UPDATE: The pizza and staff are still horrible. I ordered pizza, wings, and breadsticks on August 23. I was on the phone with some lady who barely can speak English. I told her I wanted 20 barbecue wing dings and then she responded with “what’s that” and then started giving me an attitude by saying “we don’t do that”. She gave me the total of 25$. I get into the place to pay for my order and I decided to get a order of sfouf (menu says 7 dollars) but she charged me $10. She tells me the total is $45. How can the total be $45 and the lady on the phone told me $25. Even with the sfouf, it would’ve been under $45. If you want some good pizza with a respectful and nice staff, I suggest you go to any other place...
