Sesame House — Restaurant in Dearborn

Hate putting reviews especially if it’s bad but they don’t give you an exact time for the orders! And for me this is so unprofessional,if the order wants 45 mins just tell your customer that the order needs 1 hour so the customer will appreciate your service,but telling wrong time especially during suhur! We ordered the food for dine in but they finished the order @4 and this is the time they close so they put our order in a to go box and called our name knowing that we were told that they will bring the order to the table! Food was good but not the chili paste. Besides that they don’t serve in order, there was about three customers who ordered after us and got their food before us.If I will come back I’ll be there during iftar time to get my suhur. There are tons of middle eastern bakeries in dearborn and greater detroit area where you can find similar flat breads with similar toppings offered at sesame house, and they cost half price or even less. when bakeries can offer 4 pieces of Iraqi bread for $1, hot and fresh direct from the oven, you need to study rocket science to find the way to make it an $8 item with some cheese in it. or go to a pizza store to have a double size flat bread with double amount of toppings for their prices for sesame breads. their business strategy is wrong and I will not be surprised if they have to close in the near future. I do not think I will waste more than half of my money again for a bread with cheese in it. I can guess that instead of taking an advice and finding a way for lower prices, they will just defend their strategy and continue to go in...

Today I tried them for the first time for my breakfast and here is my ratings, Food: I ordered a Managesh with zataar and cheese and I also ordered another Managesh with Mortadella meat. The taste was average and nothing really special. I think the food is overhyped. I will give them 3 stars. Price: Its a little overpriced compared to nearby bakeries, so i will give them 2 stars. Service: The young man who served my oreder and also prepared it was polite and I will give him 4 stars. Cleaniliness: This is the biggest problem I had with this location. This place during my visit was very dirty, uncleaned and messed up. I was really shocked to how untidy this place was, seems they dont care about hygiene or appearance. I will give them 0 Overall it was OK experince and definetely there are other better options...
