Golden Bakery — Restaurant in Dearborn

Very disappointed when you call to place a big order, and they verified it will be ready by the time I needed it. ALSO NOTIFIED THEM IT WILL BE A DONATION TO A MOSQUE 🕌 AND IT WILL SAHOOR AND IT CAN’T BE LATE AND IT WILL BE PICKED UP BY 5:10. I got there at 5:10 and nothing was started. Had me pay for the food then they started on the order but sadly they were still taking in other orders and postponed my order when it should have got started 2 hours before. I didn’t not leave there until 5:45 once I got to the mosque people had left to go back to theirs homes to eat because I never showed up with food.

DO YOU KNOW HOW BAD THAT MADE ME LOOK IN FRONT OF THE COMMUNITY PLUS MORE THAN HALF OF THE FOOD WAS NOT EATEN.

AS IM WALKING OUT THE MANAGER WANTED TO SAY I MADE YOU over 300 pies what you want me to do. Maybe have them ready on time and not have me waiting all day and still taking...

HORRIBLE!!!!! Don’t let TikTok videos fool you. Service was horrible!!!! Food was a 7! Woman working counter is rude. I was there around 7pm the food In their display, desserts etc looked like it had been sitting there since 5am when they opened food on display looked dry and nasty. We got past all that because the food looked soo delicious on TikTok. We order our food. Proceed to sit in the dining area to eat. And discovered a ROACH!!! Crawling on the table!!!!!! We notified the employees working who just kinda shrugged it off as a normal thing. Didn’t offer a refund or any apology or accommodation as we got up and walked out. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! There are plenty of restaurants in Dearborn that’s sales shawarma’s & Mediterranean food.THIS IS NOT 1 OF THEM!!!...

I wish the owner and Dearborn health Department and the City of Dearborn read my review, I am surprised how a place that serve food be this dirty!! I don’t know from where to start, dirty glass display show case with fingerprints all over it!! Dirty disgusting tables! Finally horrible restrooms, so dirty, it looks like it’s never been cleaned at least for one month, even I don’t know how it passed the city codes of the restaurant and restrooms, I couldn’t use the facet because it’s so close to the sink that there is no room to wash my hands!! Finally we r still being more cautious because of Covid, but it looks like they never heard about this crisis and how cleaning works against any kind of germs!!! I ll never be there again and I ll definitely...
