Absolutely LOVE this place! The staff are so friendly and helpful and the minute you walk in the door, you're just caressed by the aroma of fresh bread baking. I drive to this bakery from Cincinnati, Ohio just to get their amazing breads. They are great for toast in the morning or sandwiches at lunch either untoasted or as a panini. … More

They have really good Italian bread, pizza, pepperoni rolls, and all kinds of home made cookies and pastries. The service is great and very friendly. You have got to try their cannolis and their amaretto cookies.

My apologies to the owners. I previously reviewed another place with the same name in California but my review somehow was posted to Italia in Dearborn. However, I did actually go there to your place when I was in Detroit for pastizzi and it is amazing! Best of the area. I will be back the next time I’m in town which will be later this year. Oh, and by the way I’m not married and when I was there it was with my daughter buying several dozen pastizzi both baked and frozen for my father and family who turns 90 this year! So again I’m sorry the review was posted to the wrong Italia. I actually wish I could find pastizzi out here In California as do many other Maltese out here! Excellent pastizzi you have! Everyone should at least try your pastizzi they will be hooked and this place has the absolute best even better than at the club! Best...

Went there on a Friday afternoon, no problems with parking. Very clean place. I'm assuming I talked to the owner. Very nice gentleman, treated employees respectfully and gave me a free cookie. I ordered some type of croissant and they were delicious! Soft and buttery. Also got meat and cheese pastizzi. Those weren't as good as homemade versions from Malta, but still very tasty. Probably would have been better if they came with cooking instructions as I had to guess the temperature and duration on how to bake them. Everything said, a very pleasant experience and I will...
