Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Dearborn

I decided to stop by this restaurant because I used to deliver for Uber Eats and I was interested in trying their food. Upon entering, the store's customer lobby looked tidy. The cashier did not welcome me. In today's environment, eating out is akin to eating at someone's own residence because there is no requirement to protect everyone, presuming their lifestyle is of high quality. Looking behind the counter, it appeared clean and ready for the Customer. The cashier advised me to "download the app" because he wasn't sure what was on the menu, but that is an insult and makes the situation more concerning because he presumes everyone has space for his mobile software. I just remarked, "I'll take the BBQ Chicken Pizza," after spotting a menu attached to the counter. I also requested a side of bone-in wings because I felt rushed and wasn't really sure what to expect with the pizza. They took around 40 minutes, during which a worker exited the kitchen, walked to his gray car next to mine, unlocked the door while wearing food preparation gloves, and began to rummage inside his vehicle. He returned to the kitchen carrying something hidden in his hand - all while wearing the food preparation gloves- he didn't wash his hands (they can check their OWN video cameras). I panicked because, according to the Uber Eats clients I have served, this is not the kind of restaurant that REFUNDS you money. I ultimately fed the $30.00 meal to my dog. A small BBQ pizza and four wings cost me $30.

PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS - Everybody don't have the same immune as you do. I whish the health department would visit these restaurants but its WAYNE COUNTY and yawl get away with everything in WAYNE...

Very bad customer service.. I been working all day and was craving jets, I ordered boneless chicken wings and salad. I got my food, order was wrong they gave me chicken with bone, and it was prob cooked for 60 seconds if that.. it was basically raw chicken. I call over and explain the man that answered says it’s not much we can do! so basically I’m expected to pay my hard earned money and be stuck wit raw chicken. He says well I can send you a new order or 3$ off your next order.. what the f#%k is 3$ goin to do for me and I payed about 10! I tell him go ahead and send me one then, although at this point I didn’t trust eating there anymore, to top it all off I waited over a hour! I will never again order from here and make sure to it city inspectors know that they are in violation of health code serving raw poultry because me myself and certified in food managment. Also I will make sure to it that everyone I know no longer orders food from there! If I could give this a negative 0 star I would just horrible and...

Tired of this location! They're horrible! Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! Rubbery chicken wings and SPECIFICALLY asked for them to be WELL DONE! MEANING THE skin shouldn't be like rubber! Second! I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and asked for extra sauce! First, I asked what kind of sauce was on it when I called in and the guy lied and said it comes with REGULAR pizza sauce, only for me to look at the description at the restaurant and it was supposed to be Alfredo sauce like I kind of thought but wasn't sure! Either way I asked for EXTRA sauce because last time I ordered from them there was hardly any sauce at all on the deep dish I ordered!! Didn't get extra sauce was barely any toppings and I sent it all back. The chicken was still disgustingly rubbery and the pizza was wack! I could've ordered better from Domino's and had way more toppings! That's what I'll do from now on! Plus I'll get fresh mushrooms not canned...
