A few of the guys from work and I go to this location about once every few weeks. The place was extremely run down but recently they got a remodel. The place looks fresh and clean. The lunch staff is usually pretty friendly.
I guess I have nothing but good things to say about this place, except... the portions! WOW do they just keep getting smaller and smaller each time I go. I get the same meal each time I go, the $5 2-piece grilled chicken meal (believe it's the #5). But this last visit, was the last straw. Instead of actual chicken pieces, I got two appetizer wing-dings! Seriously! Look at the photo I added. My biscuit is larger than BOTH pieces! Ridiculous!
Now, I've had this conversation with other KFC locations because I love grilled chicken, however not every location has grilled or even keep them moving enough. So, there are times when we'll get there and depending on when I order out of the group, I could get small chicken or if they're out of the thigh/leg pieces (which the meal comes with), they will offer a breast with a leg! Now that's money well spent there because it is actually a meal then!
But the gambling of what I will get when ordering is really aggravating me. I think we might scale down on going to this location or not go all together. Everyone from the group feels...
Read morePLEASE DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE, ESPECIALLY NOT FROM THE APP! The manager was rude and dismissive to me when I went to pick up my online order. She was a short, thin, brown-skinned lady with a pony tail, glasses and a hat. The app said that it was ready. When I got there the pot pie and chicken breast was not ready. Stood by the pick up shelf and waited. She never acknowledged me until I got her attention. She told me to stand in line and walk away. She made me stand behind people that got there after me. She came back to take their order. I interrupted and reminded her that I was waiting there just wanting to get my order. She took it and said "Can't you see that we only have two people working here." Someone in the back packed up my order. I almost slipped on a broom that was in the check out area. Did not give me the drink. I had to go back up to the counter. She gave me the cup. I told her I wasn't trying to argue with her I just wanted my order. I asked to speak to her manager. She said that she was the manager. I said that I would call later. I heard her in the back saying that I pissed her off. I wasn't even arguing at her like the woman before me. I called corporate and was on hold and no one came. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE, ESPECIALLY NOT...
Read moreDrivethru. IDK where they get these employees but we got a snide response from the offset at the drivethru speaker. We had a coupon for a 16 piece family meal for $29. This seemed to displease the "lovely shining example of a service industry employee" even further. When we got to the window it only went a teeny bit better. She said very little to us. Pleasantries were a foreign concept. She told us to pull forward to the door and she would bring out the food to the "car" (We drive a Suburban). Very shortly thereafter she brought the food out. I asked: "Is the receipt was in the bag"? She replied: No! As if it weighed a ton and was toooooo much for which to ask. IDK what happened to her in life. IDK who treated her wrong but she needs counseling. I did not take psychology 101 in highschool when I had the chance. More and more I'm regretting that decision. According to Google maps we were there from 3:14pm - 3:20pm, July 7, 2020 (Very quick, not bad at all). I must confess that Sybil/Natasha Ryan and Regan MacNeil/Linda Blair are both FAR beyond my humble abilities. The food is good more often than not but Halloween isn't for another 126...
