I went into Staples to pick up a friend of mine's preordered & paid for business cards. As I came in I saw the customer service area so I thought I'd start there. I waited in line for at least a half an hour or more cuz the four people behind the registers had no urgency to get the loooong line down!!! Two ladies were making boxes & a gentleman & young lady attempted to get the line down. As we customers started to grumble, the gentleman said we're doing the best we can with disdain! I said well if u take the two ladies off of making boxes & get y'r line down first then go back while it's less busy he said it again, "we're doing the best we can!" We as customers agreed noooo u could be getting the other ladies to help u but I guess making boxes was more important!!! Bad customer service! And if that wasn't bad enough, as I give him my friends name for her cards I find out it's in the other line!!!! Ughhhhh!!! I was already in a hurry after waiting forever & a day to get up to the registers!!! So I go to the other line. Mind u I'm buying crap in the long line I'm waiting in out of pure boredom!!! The next line had a mother that apparently did homeschooling, which is fine with me but she had several sheets that she wanted printed & the lady who worked there already knew that was going to take a while so she asked me what I needed & I told her preordered business cards that are already paid for. So she reaches under the counter & passes them to me. Mind u I waited in that line for another 20 minutes!!! Slow service & no protocol to handle a lot of customers at once was a true burden coming here. Won't make that...

Even with your Dollar tree hostile and disrespectful to those that are non Caucasian non-Arab descent. You should always make sure that the stores that least from you if they cannot treat all citizens regardless of their sexual orientation their race their religious background their complexion then they should not be allowed to lease from you and when somebody offer to give you the information and let you hear how customers are handled You should always be willing to hear that and make it be known if they cannot improve on their service perhaps they need to leave. You have a security guard that is Arabian descent that according to Mary or Miriam the so-called assistant manager they want to get rid of because he's being very racially hostile and discriminative to those that are disabled on recording. This store of Kroger's Dollar tree is some of the worst their employees is highly disrespectful and racially hostile always...

There's been a number of times I've been stopped in the store by someone who isn't even shopping asking if I want to use their bridge card in exchange for half the cash. So, offering to have me spend $100 on their bridge card for $50 cash, for example. Absolutely not! That's totally against what the food benefits are for!
I've had or seen many times people asking for money inside of Kroger and inside the walkway in between Kroger and Marshalls, giving some big schpeel about how their car broke down, etc. One man I saw go from one person to another inside Kroger and was getting very irate and aggressive. Before I could do anything he saw me watching and quickly walked out.
In the parking lot, in particular, there are always at least 2-3 people asking for money coming from the bus stop. In fact right outside the door within 5 ft of leaving the store. Also there was a woman standing outside the door by the Staples store asking everyone that entered the mall door for money, management of Staples said there is nothing he can do when the people...
