Arby's — Restaurant in Decatur

Jalapeno Poppers are ok. They gave out a free sandwich coupon with purchase so I ordered 25 dollars in extra food and used the coupon for a free sandwich. The smokehouse brisket. Now this is a 9 dollar sandwich. Yes, for the haters out there it was a free sandwich but to me this is a promotion. Give me a great sandwich for free and I promise I'll pay for that same sandwich at a later date. But this smokehouse brisket is NOT what it is advertised. Now I failed to get a picture of it . But I did find a review with a very similar comparison picture I will attach. So, concerned that the sandwich was smaller than a Jr roast beef and missing the crispy onions with a dab of BBQ sauce. I called and talked to the manager. I was told 4 ounces of brisket were on this sandwich. That's a quarter pound. 3 slices of meat? I will not ever pay for that sandwich again. I've ate here many times over the years with no issues but tonight 4/14/2023 the food and service was disappointing. We placed an online order for pick up that included a kids meal and two Smokehouse Brisket meals. When we got home and opened the boxes we found both the Smokehouse Brisket sandwiches only had one slice of meat each. For a $30 order it should have at least slightly resembled the photo on the menu. I called the store and the manager wasn't the most friendly about the issue. Ended up calling customer service BC I didn't want to eat at the same location again to have our meals replaced. Customer service was also not helpful. Update 4/30/2023 I emailed the CEO of Arby's a few days ago and was contacted by phone within an hour of sending it. They were friendly, professional, apologetic and Fedex overnighted a gift card to me...which I appreciated and used at a different Arby's...

Was over charged with items I did not order when I already had a huge order spent $80some dollars had three sliders and my bag that I didn't order when I had already ordered 5 there was 8 beef and cheddars were not on sale but I still ordered six of them I had seven more bags so that was an extra $4 plus the $6 for the extra sliders there was an extra $10 I was overcharged I had milkshake that I didn't order and a drink I didn't order so probably total of about $15 I was overcharged at least then I tried to use some coupons at the window because I didn't tell him while ordering cat hard time taking some of them off so no I got the food charged for but I did not order so I went to waste so very disappointed The guy that took care of us at the window he was very polite and patient with us though with such a huge order so I do give him credit for being...
