I visited Store #3295 in Decatur, Alabama on 7/29/22 at 5:14 p.m. I ordered a Seafood Feast, two pints of cole slaw as the sides, and 12 butterfly shrimp from inside the store as "Takeout". During my 35 minute wait time I witnessed the staff totally dysfunctional and confused. There was no supervisor or manager that I saw. Two orders after mine were incorrect, and they let a customer exit the store with someone else's order. I'm sure that's what happened to my order, as my ticket #168 was marked "Drive Thru". They were busy but they weren't calling out Ticket Numbers; instead they were calling out who ordered what. When I asked how my order was coming along they didn't have it; they didn't have the ticket and it wasn't showing on the screen as they had obviously given it to someone else in the Drive Thru. I had to give them my receipt so they could then get my order completed. I received my order and left the store. When I got home I found six pieces of fish were missing, the shrimp was puny and overcooked, and the cole slaw tasted bad. For $42.27 I expect much better. This was my first big meal following my surgery eleven days earlier and I was looking forward to it. Yesterday I returned to the store and requested my missing six pieces of fish, which they gave me, along with four hushpuppies that we asked for in exchange for our trouble. We heard the manager loudly and rudely complaining about "these people wanting something free all the time" as we were leaving. I thanked the manager and we left. Read moreWe came and placed an order to dine in, but after going to sit at a table noticed that the interior was not very clean. We saw that their health rating was a 91, so we were going to just ignore the state of the dining room and wipe down a booth for ourselves, but when we got up to get drinks we saw that there was mold on the ice dispenser. Mold being in our drinks was obviously something that we couldn’t ignore, so we decided to ask for a refund on the cups. The guy at the counter was perfectly nice and tried to accommodate, but he needed to ask for help from someone before he could do a refund. He walked into the back and we could hear his conversation with a woman who was arguing that there isn’t any mold on the ice and that we shouldn’t get a refund. While that was happening, we watched as another woman who worked there came in and set her cigarette on the counter. When the man we’d been speaking to came back he told us that we’d just have to wait for the manager to return and then we could get our refund. By this point we no longer wanted to eat here, so we decided that we’d just like to ask for a full refund and leave. Fortunately the manager came in soon after, and she was very nice and let us have a full refund without any trouble. The nozzles are never cleaned all the drinks taste watered down as if they're trying to do that to save money they rarely ever mop and you'll constantly see sticky black spots the roof leaks causing a mildew smell from the ceiling tiles soaking it up. one time when I went in there and it was raining really hard I noticed a leak right over the place where they put the food onto trays when you ask for something fresh they will take the food and put it into the fryer and reheat it instead of making your food fresh they will also hold food way past the time it should be thrown away to where it's soggy and gross especially the fries the women's bathroom had a horrible smell for the longest time and only thing they did about it was put air freshener instead of cleaning the corners of the room where there is a buildup of black substance a lot of things that could simply be wiped down are ignored to the point of a problem like dried sauces turn black on the cabinets below the sauce pumps employees are constantly rude when I come through the drive-thru asking for simple request like a 4 oz...
