I've been a loyal Chipotle customer for over three years, frequently visiting this specific location and spending well over $3,500 during this time. My experiences have always been positive, with friendly staff who know my usual order. That's why my recent visit around 12:50pm was not only surprising but deeply upsetting.
I requested a burrito with double chicken, but the portion provided by a worker wearing (bright red lipstick) seemed unusually small. When I politely asked for a bit more chicken, instead of accommodating the request, the situation escalated to an argument. The worker even used a measuring cup to prove the portion size, making me feel embarrassed and humiliated in front of other staff and customers.
This is the first time I've encountered such treatment here, and it was especially surprising from a place where I've spent so much $$$ and felt valued. I don't seek a refund for my order; my hope is that management can address this incident. Training on customer service and ensuring all staff understand the importance of treating customers with respect and kindness, EVEN in disagreements, would be valuable. It's crucial for maintaining the friendly atmosphere that has made me a loyal customer for years.
Update (05/28): Crazy how this is happening across so many Chipotles. I'm so glad the media is covering the poor portion sizes y'all have been...
Read moreI used to love Chipotle. This location used to be good and I'm not sure what happened. Our last four online orders have been disappointing. 6 weeks ago the rice in my order was half cooked, crunchy so bad half the grains you couldn't chew. It was inedible. The next order we asked for rice on the side for my wife as she has gestational diabetes and can't eat that many carbs. Bowl came on a bed of rice so she had to pick around the rice which is prettt difficult. Third meal came with an excessive amout of juice in the bowl. Ive eaten a lot of chipotle and know the viscosity its suppossed to be. This was basically soup. It also just looked very sad. I also ordered the free drink that was a reward, it was not included with the meal even though it was on the receipt. Ive noticed when ordering online the quantity of food is so much less than when getting it in the store. Then I figured the 4th times a charm, ordered online, they've removed the notes section when submitting online orders as i was going to inform them this was there last chance. Rice came in wife's meal yet again and she couldn't eat it... like I said it used to be good but I just can't order from this location anymore. Something has changed inconsistency in food quality, quantity, and...
Read moreI was on my 30 min lunch break, decided I wanted Chipotle, I usually order online however, at the time was without my phone or any electronic device. I walked into the restaurant and wasnt even greeted, the male manager just mentioned "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY", I even asked may I use the landline to call my colleague to place an order, he told I am not going to allow you to use my phone. I asked wasn't a signed posted on the door or any form of communication that you walk in orders. This is an awful way to run a business especially near a college campus and hospital. I was hungry and furious, there were only workers completing online orders, at this location there always something, I try giving them the benefit of doubt but who declines customers walk in orders, this was a total inconvenience, at least allow call in orders or something. I will no longer support this location and will share with my colleagues to do the same. I went to the north druid hills location where I never have any issues just a tab bit further drive. I understand places have shortage on staffing but this was not a wise decision for individuals with no device as far as time and etc, please close this llocation, get new management, or get it under control very...
